Awesome tv! Color and sound quality is great…..easy to install and program

Amazing TV, especially for gaming! There’s a lot of customization that you’re able to do- which is awesome. Definitely glad about this purchase. I personally did not find the remote hard to work, but elderly people may struggle with the point and click - however you have the option of not having it on point and click - another customization I love. 10/10 TV!

the tv is great size and function. However, it did arrive broken so we need to exchange it.

The television works great and it was incredible delivery service right on time. The team which delivered the unit was very professional, polite, and careful. I would always recommend using Best Buy delivery service.

Great tv, remote and control of options ,not so much. It’s sort of difficult to maneuver options. Overall I’d buy it again. You will have to shut off the tv when using home frequently because it doesn’t respond to commands

Love this tv, the smart tv functions to the quality of the picture! Setup was a little difficult, but very happy once we got it figured out. LG is always our go to for household purchases.

This LG tv is a great size for a bedroom and it provides a great High Definition picture.

Got it on sale during thanks giving. Setup is easy. Remote usage is little different from old versions but got used to it. Buffering observed from day one but improved better after software upgrade but still few times. Video quality sometimes loading is not good. Not sure why loading or slow sometimes as 300 Mbpsinternet should be good. Hopefully it improves.. LG brand is reliable.

TV is great! Best Buy customer service is BAD! At time of sale, promised next day. Best Buy actually scheduled it for 5 days later. Follow up phone call with customer service basically was a tough luck response.

Easy to navigate home screen with all your apps in a central location. Screen thinness and weight make it easy to mount. The magic remote makes the whole process smooth as well. My favorite is connecting the tv to the LG app so I can screen share and send the sound to my headphones so I don’t wake any else up.

The picture on this TV is very high quality and clear, it looks amazing and the size is great. I would highly recommend this for someone looking for a great TV at a great value.
