We have had our LG 55 inch qned 85 series about 10 days and have been able to use it the last 7 days. We are enjoying the performance using the AI settings for sound and color. The unit is located in our great room with a window wall to the right and more window directly across from the screen. We still have some reflection on one side of screen even with the anti glare characteristics. The AI helps compensate for this. The controller is straight forward. We were able to connect to all our streaming services through the LG main screen. We are still learning all the additional controls.

Love this tv! Put it in a bedroom. So much sharper and clearer than the old 32inch we had. now I can even watch and read what’s on screen with out glasses on. Put a Sonos ray sound bar with it and just right for the bedroom.

The television is extremely nice. Beautiful picture. My only issue is that I am finding the remote a little difficult to navigate and it did not come with significant instructions. I assume that there are some instructional videos online that I can look through, and I need to do that. Ohter than that, I am very pleased with the TV itself and would certainly have no hesitation purchasing this again. Also, I was very happy with Best Buy for honoring their best price guarantee. I had found a lesser price online just after purchasing this TV, and contacted Best Buy. With very reasonable documentation, they provided the difference in price as a refund, I honestly was surprised at how easy that process ended up being. Congratulations to Best Buy for honoring this stated policy with almost no hassle !

This tv is amazing. I love the picture quality and sound. It has a wider viewing angle and great anti-glare. Y’all have the best options for every brand, quality and budget. I’m happy with my purchase. What a deal!

This is a size and feature upgrade over my 50" 7 year old LG. I do not need the latest and greatest as I mainly use a streaming device to run through the tv. This is a very nice TV especially since I bought it during a sale. Sharp picture, no tiling that I've seen. Cannot attest to the quality of the blacks at this point. Its in a well lit room and handles reflections well. If you are not an early adapter or need OLED, I highly recommend.

As others have noted, one needs a PhD to learn how to use this TV, particularly its remote. The roller ball/cursor is absolutely useless because it's nearly impossible to navigate - it's very buggy and at times, doesn't work even when you hover over and press the app or channel you're trying to access. The AI voice feature helps combat many of the remote obstacles, but the remote itself should be user friendly too. It simply isn't. Most frustrating is the lack of a useful manual. I urge you to take a look at the online manual before buying this television. It isn't a user guide at all and instead addresses only installation and troubleshooting. Perhaps I missed an actual user guide, but this one is labeled "User Manual," so I'm assuming that's all there is. Also, although I am an AppleTV+ subscriber, this TV goes through the motions of accessing AppleTV+'s programming but then displays an on-screen messaging saying they're having trouble accessing it; please try again. It happens every time, and I haven't had the bandwidth to reach out to LG to troubleshoot this issue. Indeed, reaching out to them at all, at least when I've tried to via their website, is wholly frustrating as is their help library. Also the sound is okay but to my ear, a little muddy. It's definitely not a deal killer, but I wish it were a little crisper. The reason I'm giving this TV three stars instead of fewer is because I do love the picture and am trying to convince myself that once I figure out how to use the TV, I'll probably really enjoy it. But no TV in this day and age should have such a steep learning curve. Again, the remote is the most challenging aspect. Had I consulted Reddit and other sites about the remote issue before I bought this TV, I would likely have opted for another brand. With that, this TV has its upsides and might be perfect for the more sophisticated user. I'm just not that user, apparently.

LG TV is one of the best ones out there in the market. The picture is crisp and clear and when I play games with my PS5 it is so smooth and immersive. Must buy.

Good picture, Free LG channels nice but only minor use so far. Remote has lots of features but has taken us 3 weeks to learn useful navigation paths. Good selection of Apps and loading new ones quick and easy.

I have the TV for 1 week. Very easy to set up, picture is fantastic, sound is good. The magic remote I first thought I wasn't going to like but now I am enjoying it just takes a little getting used to.

Quite pleased. Perhaps there's sharper/brighter pictures out there, but most of us don't have eyes that can detect that anyway. Sound is pretty good. Still debating whither or not to add a sound bar.
