First "smart tv" so not real easy to learn to use but the set up part was pretty easy.

The TV wasn't what I was expecting it to be. The sound was horrible. One shouldn't have to buy a sound bar to have acceptable sound from a TV. I realize they are made thinner which makes the sound worse, but still...

Love LG However, it arrived with something internal broken and a week later, we are still waiting for a replacement, Does not give Best Buy a goodmrating for replacement.

unfulfilled delivery and setup

was to be delivered Sept 4. received a phone call 1 hour before my delivery window as was told that delivery setup was not going to that day.
I had to re schedule for the next available time Which was Sept 15 or later.
not satisfied with the delivery setup as it was not able to be done in a timely manor.
cannot answer the questions below because the delivery/ setup is still pending.
