Great choice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture ! If your looking at 55” TVs with a high end picture and 2.1 hdmi ,than this is a great choice. Lg seems to have a good balance of positive strengths of the other two big contenders. ,

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG OLED TV has a fantastic picture. The TV was easy to set up and start watching. I was also able to connect the tv to my Bose sound system making watching that much more fun. I would recommend this tv.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality is amazing. The details, the colors, the vibrancy and the dark blacks just the make the picture pop. I love that it connects to all my devices and the use of the remote is easy.

great picture
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Should be 3.5, The picture is amazing. After hearing the sound w/out a sound bar much is left to be desired on the factory speakers. On the smart tv front, I want less alexa not more, dont care if its easier, alexa is an invasion Jury is still out on the remote...meh This is the best picture I have ever seen.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No complaints with this TV. I have had it about a month and the picture quality is excellent. My living room is pretty bright with windows and the tv still looks good during the day. Viewing angle is incredible. My only complaint is that I do not have any inputs in it as I just stream all my content so every time I turn it on the input is defaulted to tv so I get the white noise/snowstorm until I pick an app to go into.

Outstanding TV you will ever put your eyes on.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had several top of the line brands in my 72 years. This LG is a whole new experience. When watching what ever it may be, you feel like you are part of it. I have never paid as much for a TV as I did this one. However, I would do again! I feel like I made an outstanding purchase. No regrets, I am very happy with my choice.

Looks and works very well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent picture quality. Some feature points Remote control was readily set up to also control most important features of the cable box so need only one normally. However I found the mouse pointer type operation to be worthless. The set connected easily with my router in the next room allowing access to the internet based apps. Unfortunately the only paid streamer I have is HBO Max and that is not supported directly. It did work nicely with free Youtube videos. One reason for purchasing through Best Buy was the offering of the take away service for my old TV. Also note that I had to go elsewhere to buy tie down safety straps.

Truly exceptional picture.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV out of box. Staff was extremely helpful getting me loaded up in a way that protected the TV during transit. The picture is stunning. Everything they tell you about how OLED ruins you is true. Despite the fact that this is the previous year's model, I have zero complaints. I'm now shopping for OLED to replace my aging family room TV. That said, be forewarned, you will need to go above your cheapest option in regards to maintaining HDMI 2.1 at a length longer than 8 feet. Beyond that, an excellent TV and can't wait to get the larger tv to enhance family movie night!

Great TV. Too much research done
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old Samsung TV still had a great picture but was looking for something a little bigger. I went to the store too many times to look at ALL the brands on display. I narrow down the search to Samsung Sony and LG. I asked numerous sales people which TV to purchase since they were all in the same categories. Each of them said hands-down LG OLED. Once it was up and calibrated very easily in my living room with many Windows and on the standard brightness it is very easy to view from any angle. I hope that I get the same length of usage out of this TV with LG as I did with my Samsung, which was 10 years old So far so good.

Great picture and features
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a plasma TV for 15 years and tried an LCD 4K TV before deciding to go OLED. No LCD cam compete with OLED for clarity and quality of the picture. I had to tinker with the brightness a little, but this TV does not disappoint when viewing HD or 4K. You get the full spectrum of color and speed, with no ghosting. Integrates seamlessly with my receiver and cable remote. A little learning curve, but its well worth it. I expect to keep this TV for 15 years too, since the lifespan for OLED is 20,000 to 100,000 hours.

Technology has not caught up with the capability o
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is a little advanced for what's available out there. when everything catches up with each other then there will be another one out as bigger and better aspects. Beautiful picture nice contrast and color it's worth the money. When times catch up with the TVs it will be awesome there is a lot of of stuttering on regular programming.I do you know if you have a compatible Blu-ray that would be the way to go to watch this TV or if you have a cable box that accepts all that. Everything is 1080p this is 2060p or something like that... This is when you'll get the full benefit out of the product. Basically times need to catch up with a technology. HD 4K Blu-ray would be the closest to the capability of this TV. Cable boxs are still in 1080i to 1080p. Although you can watch other items on the TV through all Amazon streaming, or the live streaming feature. Who knows what that comes into as far as HD quality but it looks better than a cable box.

Great TV with horrible color gradation
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really excellent TV. The interface is smooth and the darks are incredible (as everyone has previously stated). I know many people complain about the screen not being bright enough. I personally do not see the issue. I do view in a dark room however so my opinion may be biased. There is one MAJOR issue which is why I am giving this tv 4 stars instead of 5. The color gradation is horrible. Only with extremely dark scenes having a pocket of light such as a flare in a cave or a lamp in a dark room. You can see the shades are not blended very well. This to me is incredibly annoying and wish there was a way to fix it. All in all this is a great television but I did buy it on sale for $1,200. If given the chance I would buy it again but not for a penny more. $1,200 is the absolute max I would pay for this kind of quality so I would say if it is on sale go-for-it, but if it is full price I would say skip over it and wait for a price drop.

Best in home experience a consumer can enjoy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best picture quality I’ve ever seen in home. While I love going to the movies for the audio, picture, size, popcorn, and experience, whenever I’m feeling introverted I like to enjoy a movie on this thing. The audio in the TV itself isn’t too bad in the slightest. It’s not the best if you’re looking for top notch audio quality, but it fills my apartment living room with plenty of clear noise as 50 or less in volume. Paired with a wall mount, this thing is beyond incredible. If you have the money for this TV, buy it.

Top of the Line; Does not disappoint
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super nice. It was delivered and put in the room of my choice. The delivery people were very polite. It was easy to set up, but one must be very careful handling such a large, sensitive electronic unit. However, the packaging was well designed. It is best for two people to handle it. Note: set up directions were all in pictures, no words, but this was not a problem. I am very pleased. Great picture and seemingly a "million" channels are now available via streaming. I may have it all figured out by the end of the year.

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it! I read the reviews before purchasing this TV and there were so many less than favorable comments about the difficulty of using the remote, we almost didn't buy it because of those reviews. We have Directv and weren't sure if our remote would work with the TV. After visiting with the salesman, we decided to buy it and we are very happy with the purchase. Our Directv remote works perfectly with the TV, in fact, we don't even use the TV remote except to turn the TV on. However, we didn't find the remote to be that difficult to use.

Great Oled at a low price
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first trip into the land of OLED, and Im thankful it was the LGBX. Im a gamer and it offers everything you would want. The picture quality is insane. I have a sound bar hooked up so I cant speak on sound. I wasnt a fan of webos but it has grown on me. Especially since you are forced to us the pointer. Its hooked up to my ps5 and xbox series x. it handles and delivers a beautiful picture. Plus the hdmi 2.1 ports give you 4k@120hz.
