Great OLED TV with less than great remote
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG C4 OLED TV has a great picture and sound is very good. I like how it has a small red light on the front to show when the TV has been turned off. My Sony OLED (that died before the 3 year mark) didn’t have one so you just had to hope it was really turned off. I am not thrilled with the LG magic remote. To many hidden features, where a button has multiple functions. Plus the volume and channel buttons really need white markings for some contrast. Better yet it could be backlit.

Great OLED TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely adore this tv! We purchased as an open box deal and I just cannot get over how vivid the picture is. Upgrading to an OLED was absolutely worth the price. Also, the home hub doesn’t lag and updates regularly so everything is quick and seamless. LG has been our favorite TV brand for a long time and I don’t see it changing any time soon! We have it setup in our living room that gets bright during the day sometimes, but the picture is still bright and vivid, which I’m happy about as we were concerned since it’s an OLED.

Great for movies and gaming.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using for right at a month now. Easy setup. Amazing picture quality. I have this on a TV stand in the basement with a large sliding glass door to the side. So moderate sun in the day, Picture is bright and easy to view even in the daytime. Got this to mostly use with my PS5. Which looks stunning compared to the non-4K TV it was on. Plus...very low latency. Sound can be a little wonky going back a forth from source to source or even going from a show to commercial. Find myself keeping the remote nearby while watching shows late at night so I can "turn down" during commercial breaks. Very minor issue though compared to how nice the picture quality is. Highly recommend.

LG OLED 55” TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent picture quality. Easy set up although there are so many various settings it takes a while to learn what is available to adjust. Sound quality is exceptional and allowed me to dispose of my soundbar

Stunning picture and awesome for gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m really happy with my LG C4. The picture quality is incredible—perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and HDR movies look cinematic. Motion is super smooth for sports and action scenes. As a gamer, the 4K/120Hz support, VRR, and low input lag make a noticeable difference, and switching settings with Game Optimizer is quick and easy. webOS is fast, all my streaming apps load quickly, and Dolby Vision/Atmos support is great. The TV looks sleek on my stand with its thin bezels. Sound is fine for everyday use, but it really shines paired with a soundbar. Overall, amazing performance and totally worth it—I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

10/10 amazing oled tv
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first oled tv and it is miles better than any tv i’ve ever had. Rich, vibrant colors and dark blacks look amazing. Easy to setup with the stand and also when the tv is turned on. Snappy ui and no lag when going between streaming apps. I’m giving the sound quality a lower score because I didn’t really try it out because i have a soundbar/subwoofer.

Best Next Gen TV!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is our new go-to. We set it up in the living room. My wife binge watches so many streaming platform shows, while I consistently play on my Xbox Series X, PS5, and Nintendo Switch. Every show I peek in on that she’s watching looks so much smoother and colorful than any of our previous TVs. Gaming is a whole new step up too. Every game I play, no matter the platform, runs at great frame rates and refresh rates. I would recommend buying an output speaker, because the kind of the TV itself aren’t very good at differentiating the volumes of background music vs characters speaking vs sound effects, etc.

LG OLED - 5 Stars
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality on this display is outstanding—sharp, detailed, and truly immersive. After trying out several picture modes, I found that Cinema mode offers the most natural and realistic viewing experience. The colors are well-balanced, and the overall tone feels closer to what you'd expect in a professional film setting. Other modes, like Vivid or Dynamic, definitely amp up the brightness and color saturation, which can make the image pop—great if you're watching with friends or showing off the display’s capabilities. However, for extended viewing, especially in dim lighting, I find those modes can be a bit too intense and hard on the eyes. If you’re watching a movie alone or settling in for a longer session, I highly recommend sticking with Cinema mode. But if you're hosting and want that initial ‘wow’ factor, switching to a brighter mode might be the way to go.

Smart or too smart?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had not bought a tv since 2007, so I may have been behind the times when it came time to get a smart tv. I chose this tv because the picture looked good in the store and in fact looked just as good when I got it home. The “problem” I have is this tv is waaaay more than I need or could hope to need. It can communicate with a bunch of other LG appliances. I have none. The features and function are so varied and technical that I find it confusing at best and intimidating at worst. Even the”magic” remote requires some effort. There are so many drop down menus and so many options and instructions within that I found it necessary to write things down so I could refer to them as I tried utilize a feature. If you are looking for a smart tv and you are tech savy then this tv is for you. If you don’t enjoy having a tv that is smarter than you then I suggest you get a less expensive, less feature rich tv. They are readily available and the picture quality is just as good. And one last thing which ever way you go I highly recommend you spend some time at the store and have a salesperson walk you through the features. It will be worth your time.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful OLED at a great price! I also have LG G3 and Sony A90J OLED’s. I love them all. I think the LG C4 looks very comparable taking into consideration the price. Overall, awesome picture quality, sound is good but I always have a soundbar. No regrets!!!

Best TV that I haves owned to this point.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this TV. Was an upgrade from 6 years of using a Samsung NU700. After 8 months of use with this. I finally have the settings that work well for Me. Even on SDR with an Apple TV Box, the colors pop and feel more natural.

Beat Quality I Have Ever Seen
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV in hopes of finding one of the best Televisions money can buy. Best Buy had a sale and I got $300 off. The picture quality is unparalleled and the brightness is adjustable to any setting. There is very little glare and is all around the best TV I have seen in person.

Exceeds expectations
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The picture clarity, the sound quality, the breadth of apps…. The fitness apps are amazing…. The remote takes some getting used to, but I really like it. .The art display is amazing. And when it’s off, there is no light bleed. It is truly black. I could not be happier with this purchase. In fact, I’m so blown away I’m buying a 65” for another room. Not only will I get a much better picture than what I have in there now and the ability to display art, the room will be less cluttered. I’ll be able to get rid of the streaming device, the receiver, the clunky speakers and the rotating mount. The picture is great from any angle so I can have the much cleaner look of a flush mount.

LG 55" OLED TV is a winner
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great television and we're very happy with it. When we arrived at the store, we expected to buy either a Sony or Samsung OLED TV, but instead went with our second in a row LG. The picture, features and functionality are all excellent. This TV is absolutely the best we've ever owned and we've had some good ones!
