We purchased this about a month ago and it's been doing pretty good. It was pretty easy to set up and has a good picture.

I always wanted a LG oled tv but was afraid of the burn in everybody talked about but they said the new LG OLED TVs have a lot less risk of burn in thanks to the new technology. So I decided to buy a 2000 dollar LG c5 OLED 55 in tv. With all the discounts and promotional discount I got it for 1200 dollars. The color and brightness is amazing. I tweaked the settings down to my liking. Once you go OLED you'll never go back. Just my personal opinion. Thank you Best Buy for all the help.

Great TV best picture going. Excellent black tones and color contrast . The smart TV functions with AI are really impressive . The OLED format is defineitly a game changer in regards to a premium TV package. This TV is worth every penny extra when compared to other TV formats . Go for it you will not regret it !

This LG OLED evo AI TV has superb picture quality and sound. Remote is easy to use, on even some of the more difficult apps.

This is an excellent tv. Fantastic picture. Good sound. Nice stand. I dont like the remote. Customer service was excellent.

TV is beautiful for movies and escpecially gaming. Would be a perfect 5 stars but im not a fan of the wonky remote feature allowing you to control the cursor. Pricey

I bought this to upgrade from an LG C2 65". I downsized to the 55" because my viewing area was closer at my current property than with the 65" at my previous home -- the 65" was actually giving me a little eye strain. I was "waffling" on whether to buy now or wait but decided to buy now for a couple of reasons: (1) there is an issue with C2 tvs and Windows 11 HDR. I had to turn off HDR to keep the screen colors correct. (2) As with many other items, I was worried about tariffs bumping the price, even though they were recently discounted. I am glad I mad the purchase. The pictures in streaming, antenna TV, and WIndows 11 PC are simply brilliant. I am just using the Cinema Home preset and all AI functions turned off and cannot be more pleased with the picture. Note that I am using EARC to my home theater receiver for audio, so I can't speak to the TV's native audio. As long as the price stays discounted, I highly recommend this TV.

The LG television 55" OLED Smart WebOS TV has a very clear picture with bright and vibrant colors. Plenty of controls and settings. WebOS apparently missing a lot of Apps though but I have a Roku so I can stream with that. Overall would recommend.

Love the tv, no complaints so far. Picture looks great, sounds good and easy to set up

This is my first OLED and so far the colors are fabulous and dark scenes have features! It is also my first LG after many Samsungs. I can also view the screen from an angle much better than my QLED. I find the LG search feature a little annoying because instead of listing the names of apps that offer the same show, it shows pictures. I do not know the logos of the various apps and cannot read the tiny print on the logo. I guess eventually I will learn but a list would be so much easier. Ie Apple TV, Prime, Pluto, etc. I am ok with the remote- at least it has batteries and isn’t solar. I find the center select button- which also scrolls- to be too sensitive and scrolls when I don’t want to. It has an adjustment somewhere in the menus which maybe will improve this.

I upgraded from a basic Samsung tv, and this is a world of a difference. I especially like the 120hz refresh rate for gaming. It is very bright with the OLED display and I have zero complaints

Amazing picture quality and deep blacks. The colors look vibrant, the sound is impressive, and the AI features make everything smoother. Perfect TV for movies and gaming.

Horrible remote and the floating cursor is demonized. I've tried 2 "universal" remotes ...no luck. Finally had Geek squad member come today to demonstrate use and add the remote from Roku device. Now all is good and able to relax and enjoy the quality of picture and sound. I was close to returning it all and buying another tv w/ a simple remote.

Great picture and very easy to use. Fully operational is less than 10 minutes after plug in.

This tv is awesome. The picture is so clear. I have read complaints about the remote. I have no problem with it all. We replaced a Sony with this and couldn't be happier. We did get a LG soundbar because its in a big room.

Fantastic picture quality. I love the operating system as it’s very easy to navigate and use. The TV remote paired with the old xfinity box remote effortlessly. Only the TV remote needed to control it all. After using it for a couple weeks I decided to pair it with the S70TR soundbar. For a master bedroom this system is unmatched.

The clarity is amazing and the functionality of the applications and ease of use of the remote make this tv so great to watch. The AI features really do so much with picture and sound as well!

Absolutely superb state of the art TV set that more than exceeds our expectations and is actually superior to the 65” LG OLED unit that we purchased slightly more than a year ago. A stunning image in a handsome unit.
