Great tv works perfectly. Picture quality is out of this world. I love watching nature and space documentaries, and this is fantastic for that! The only thing I would say is there is no dedicated mute button on the remote.

The quality of this TV is superior. I spent 6 months comparing TVs and it was down to the LG or Sony. Sony isn't quite there yet and their price point is much higher for less. The 55" LG was a value. We did upgrade all cables, and installed a electronic filter for noise, paired with our surround SONOS system. It makes a difference, but that part is costly...but worth it.

I love the OELD picture and sound quality. Very happy with my purchase.

We recently purchased a LG OLED evo AI TV and I am amazed at how clear the picture is. It probably has more features than I will ever use but they are there if and when I want to use them. MJW

Picture and sound is ok. The menu is the poorest I’ve ever used for setup.

The TV is great. Easy to use. The colors and clarity are wonderful.

The new LG55" TV is the perfect size for my room. This TV replaces the 8 year old LG. The picture quality on this new TV is excellent. It's like i upgraded to 4k. There are more apps than my older LG and moving between apps is easier and faster.

I've had an LG TV for 16 years so when it was time to get a new one, the choice for me was another LG. The picture quality is great! I strongly recommend spending the extra $ for the best quality available.

I was truly surprised at the increased detail over my 55 LG QNED. I figured, sure, side by side I would see a minor difference using a good 4k signal, but, after calibrating both, I was able to see a clear difference in quality and detail even when comparing them while walking between different rooms to view them separately.

The tv itself is a vast improvement over my old one. However it did not come with any kind of owner manual or warranty information; or Best Buy did not include it; or the guys who set it up took it with them. I mentioned it to customer service which offered no solution. I was disappointed with that lack of customer care. I should not have to look on line.

We were going from a 15 year old tv to a LG OLED C5. 15 years of technology change and upgrades make a big difference. The picture quality is unbelievable, clear ,color true. The LG has hundreds of channels to choose to add to any streaming services you may want subscribe to. We would recommend this LG.

I am very happy with the picture quality. The color brightness is excellent even in a bright sunlit room. The installers were professional and answered all my questions capably. I recommend Best Buy for service, pricing and availability.

My first OLED TV and I'm blown away. The picture quality of the LG C5 OLED TV is simply amazing, I couldnt be any happier. The webOS operating system is simple and easy to use. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, this is the one. I'm running the sound through a reciever via the eARC HDMI port, so I can't really attest to the sound quality of the TV.

I'm enjoying my time with my TV in my room. And its perfect when in a dark setting, especially with my sound system. The quality is great especially when I'm gaming, and the 120hz does help. Definitely a must buy for a bedroom setting and mine is a 55". Still waiting for a Blu-ray player so I can watch my movies in perfect picture quality. But overall I'm happy with my purchase.

The display on this TV is remarkable as I needed it to see it across our living room. I did have to get use to the Smart webOS but easy to accomplish also.

This TV was so good I returned it the next day? Why? Because I swapped it for the 65 inch! The frame was so much smaller than my 15 year old 55 that the 65 fit in the old space! The WebOs is awesome. The picture blows my mind. I watch TV about an hour a day. I brought this home and watched it for 8 hours! Everything is just a feast for the eyes! You won't be disappointed!

This one of the best TV's we have ever purchased. The white and black are crisp. The colors on the screen are so fluorescent. I like to play video games and frame per second (fps) on this tv was really nice; beyond what I thought it would be. When it came to streaming (Netflix, Hulu, HBO max, etc.) the visuals were beautiful; especially in 4k.

Best picture you can buy! It is amazing on 4K and 8K but upscale poorer video far better the mid/ level TVs. Treat ourself
