Good: 4k looks very sharp with a good 4k source, color mostly accurate. Built-in sound is decent, downward firing speakers better than many rear facing ones. Bad: Picture is dim in power saving modes, making them unusable. Reds are a bit too strong in certain modes.

Fantastic TV beautiful picture very easy to operate would recommend it to anyone the screen looks like it runs all the way to the edge so nice , it's like it's alive when you're sitting there watching it absolutely wonderful picture

Picture sharp, cost reasonable. Connections and installation booklet vague- HDMI ports are well hidden. Stand seems a bit rocky might be better with a wall mount rather than resting on mantle!

After trying the new Sony android TV and having huge issues with it I gave this TV a try. It works great, the apps are easy to get to and use and the picture quality is awesome

Looked at different brands of 4K tv's, 49 - 55 and found the LG to be the best bang for the buck with all the features. Easy set up, plus light weight for easy installation on the wall.

The picture quality is great and I got it at an affordable price! It was easy to mount on the wall and the sales associate easily answered all my questions.

I love the LG 55, this is the second one I bought this year. Fantastic UHD picture and it, all the apps I want in a smart tv, very simple set up and use.

This is an excellent tv for the price point. The 4K picture really shows the details of what you are watching. I love the smart tv options. Great buy.

I bought this 4k tv after paypal credit gave me $600. Tv was on sale in the store on black Friday. I was leary at first but happy in the end. The assembly of the feet was a nightmare and took about an hour. You had to lock the feet in on one side before screwing in the screws. The set up was not easy. Took about 6 hrs to understand everything. But in the end the picture was totally amazing. I broke down and cried at the life like picture after I set the HDR to medium. All in all I was vedry happy I bought this tv. This is a must have.

This LED is superb for the price. I was talking with the tech guy at the store and he said that for the money, you can't beat the quality. I have an older 1080p LG that is 5 years old and still has an excellent picture. It always looks great with minimal adjustments. This LED was perfect for my needs, with Netflix and Prime buttons on the remote. Not many LEDs have the both buttons on remote. Also, it has a superb miracast or chromecast app that connects to my phone easily. There are channel plus apps to stream news and other videos. Youtube videos looks and work great on this TV. The only thing you have to be aware is the feet spacing on this TV is wider than normal. The feet that support the LED almost reach the edge of the screen. I had to make a solid wood shelf to support the TV because the media center I had wasn't wide enough. Just be sure to measure your media stand. Of course, you can just mount it to the wall.

Actually bought this on clearance a couple months ago and got a real steal on it! We have a 24" LG that we were pleased with the interface on and I was really impressed with the picture quality and feature selection on this TV, especially for the price. I was replacing a 50" class Vizio that honestly had been nothing but problems. Easy to set up and use!

Pleased with my purchase. Pro: good picture Crisp, decent color Cons: not the brightest recommend sound bar or something to boost the bland sound the tv itself puts out

This TV has a crisp, vivid picture. It struggles sometimes with HDR videos on YouTube, but most videos look increadible. It has good sound for a flat panel. I did go ahead and add a soundbar, but for regular programming the internal speakers are okay. I'm impressed with how quickly we can browse through apps and call, up you tube or Netflix - really fast "smart" features. Best Buy did cut the price $50 to match a competitor with no hassle.

This is an excellent quality TV despite it being lower priced than other TVs in its class. Image is crystal clear, easy setup and the sound is quite loud (no speaker bar necessary, at least for our use). The sound on this TV is of much higher quality than our 5-your old 32" LG. And as an added plus, the LG remote can control our PS-4. I would highly recommend this TV. We've had no issues since purchasing 8 months ago.

My husband and I love this TV! The colors are bright and vibrant, and the quality is amazing! We got it at such a great price, too! Because the TV is so big, the TV stands are on either side of the TV--which made it a little inconvenient. Not enough to take away a star, though.

I have this tv in 49” 65” and now 55”. This tv is hard to beat as far as price for quality and reputation. The features are great. The newest one I discovered is the ability to screen share with a cellphone or other device. The smart features make streaming very convenient. This is literally the only electronic you need to complete a room.

Overall very pleased with the purchase. I’m not a TV guru but you can 100% tell a difference when watch this quality of a tv. My only concerns are below. WARNING- do NOT calibrate this tv. It’s a waste of money and makes the picture quality worse by essentially muting the colors and showing the poor film quality on certain movies/shows. We spent a couple hundred bucks and it made the tv look like it was a cheap 80s version. So don’t do it. Also shortly after that a green pixel became frozen in the tv and did not go away even with the refresh. They told us the whole back panel would need to be replaced (which is $1500). So again do not calibrate your tv.

Another quality product from LG. This is my second LG TV I now own. The first one is still going strong after 7 years use. Excellent picture quality. Great sound. This new set was extremely easy to set up and get going. Hooked to internet and had Netflix going in less that 30 minutes. I highly recommend LG TV's.
