Just purchased this TV and wow is it great! The color, the sound and the overall look is great! The only recommendation for the buyer is to take a tape measurer and measure the size of the television at the store before you purchase it. Then go home and make sure that television will fit in the space you want to put it in. I was able in improvise my location so that the TV would fit, but I love this TV! I have the matching sound bar and wow does it deliver! Well worth the price!

Upon moving into my new apartment, I went to Best Buy to look into purchasing a new TV. When I went into the Fort Lauderdale store, I initially was looking at Samsung which I had owned previously. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the process which led me to go with an LG TV. I love the picture, color and sound! Could not be happier with my decision and grateful for the assistance I received from the Best Buy Geek Squad.

Found ourselves in need of a new television to replace the fairly new Philips tv that died a few days after the warranty expired. This tv already seems like much better quality that the one we replaced. We accidentally broke the battery cover on the remote and LG replaced it absolutely free within a few days, even in the middle of the pandemic that has greatly slowed shipping. Very happy with this purchase, will buy more LG products, whereas I cannot say the same for Philips.

This is the nicest TV I've ever had. The picture is amazing, it has so many extra features, and the set up was a breeze!

A 55 inch TV is massive, so keep in mind that you need the space. Providing you do, this LG TV is exceptional for its sheer size, and functionality. The smart tv features and the clarity of the 4k UHD works well. My only complaint is the sound; I can't hair the dialogue in movies unless I blast the sound. Also, the stand feels flimsy. The tv wobbles at the touch but holds. For some reason, hooking up the wifi to this tv knocked everyone else in my household offline or slowed down the internet. I don't know if this is the fault of the tv or my internet provider. I use the smart tv features via my PS4.

Easy to set up , great picture sound is not bad . The only problem I’ve seen it the legs are a little flimsy .

I've had this tv for a while now and I'm not disappointed. I'm an avid Netflix watcher and the LG UHD TV provides that clarity for me to enjoy my favorite shows. What I like most is the option to connect to the internet and download other entertainment apps. My only dislike is the fact that once my tv started to turn on and off all on its own (thought it was haunted). I learned that when I connected a fire stick to it, that it may have caused a glitch but a hard reset got me squared a way! Overall, I would recommend this TV!

This is our third LG tv, we've loved them so much that we got 3 different sizes and got our mom one for Christmas. She's essentially technologically impaired (self-proclaimed), and even she could follow along with accessing apps and logging in after being shown once. That was never a thing before, but LG is the apple of tvs, in my opinion, when it comes to simplicity and ease of use. Quality is fabulous - so so clear.

This Christmas I was going to get the family a smart TV. After carefully checking out the reviews and the actual TV on display at Bestbuy I chose this LG. It is hands down pound for pound the best TV j have bought thus far.

This is my 2nd LG 55" TV. the 1st one that I bought was over 1 year ago and it runs perfect so I bought this one to replace my old TV, This TV is very easy to setup, great picture quality, better yet it has more than one USB output which is very useful to me and since this is a smart TV which allows me to use you tube and other multi-media channel to watch video without paying for cable. Over all. Great TV for the price.

I'll preface this by saying this was a spare to put in the basement rec. room. That being said, the UM6910PUC is a great value overall. The picture quality is nothing earth shattering (i.e. Nano TV HD is far superior) but is very good for the money. Features are great; easy to navigate set-up and features, apps work well. *Airplay has been finicky *(could be the product itself) had ESPN loaded and streaming just sat idle while my phone worked fine. No QC issues, then again it's only 6 weeks old. All in ALL, I'm pretty satisfied with the TV.

Okay I just purchased this tv it is a wonderful buy. Setup was excellent and easy so many channels pre programmed and apps galore. I must say please get a tv mount before purchasing the legs that come with the tv are super cheap and wont stand properly do not take a chance and breaking your tv right out the box this tv must be MOUNTED!!! Picture is phenomenal and sound quality is absolutely amazing.

Good picture, decent sound quality, pretty user friendly. I rated it 4 stars because I had issues with the factory startup settings and had to re-log into the wifi every time I turned it on. After some very frustrating weeks and some serious Google-ing, I was able to switch one of the startup settings and that solved the issue. I also wish you were able to search for and add additional apps, rather than having to install them on a fire stick or something similar. Overall I'm happy with it - no major complaints. :)

I never wanted a smart tv, honestly. I guess I was worried about privacy, government overreach, NBC stalking me (lol, but really). .anywhoo, , that was the first generation, the ones with cameras. bad idea guys. why do I need a camera on my tv? this tv, 54.5 inches or more, does not, works as intended. very good black to white representation. when watching a show with dark, dark colors, the tv adjusts like it is shutting off. for a moment I thought the tv had turned off. when the show comes on (NCIS, 9-11, 9-11 texas, yessir) looks AWWWWWWWSUME!!!!! I'm blown away by how good the picture looks! now, the IP channels (you have to wirelessly or manually hook a network cable up to the tv, very easy to do). Now the LG channels? meh? I am a news junkie so ABC, NBC, CBS, I am all over those channels. the other ones, not so much. there is a ton of content that uploads daily, or you can simply log into the many apps available (hulu, apple plus tv, Netflix, to name a few) and binge to your heart's content! like any network enabled device, good internet speed is paramount: you are watching an Ultra High Def tv, people!!! Perhaps I should have spent the money on a 3D model . . .nope! this one works fine. plus it has built in functionality for my lg dvd player (which coincidentally, after 1 year of good service, also purchased from Best Buy, no longer plays blueray discs. I will be buying another. not LG though). so go out and buy yourself the LG UHD 55 inch tv and start enjoying what you have been missing!

Great color and sharpness, just the right size for a medium sized living room. Replaced an LG-48" that was re-located to a different room. Apps are nice but I don't use them as I use my Dish Hopper for Prime and Netflix. Only negative is I wish it had analog audio outs since I use a tube amp for sound. I have to have a optical to analog converter.
