Haven't had for too long, but not disappointed thus far. Easy to set up; if Spectrum would ever get their act together would have no problems at all. Bought a Fire Stick as an add-on to supplement LG streaming capability. Pic quality is excellent, sharp colors and contrast, no dark/faded corners or blurs even at angles. Find the speakers very satisfactory for my use but can understand those who might desire theater quality for large viewing areas. Not an issue for me but would have been wise to add one more HDMI port for the more sophisticated equipment users. Remote is a little tricky, takes some getting used to.

So far- So good ! Switched to LG this time had bad luck with the new Samsung 6900 a year ago! So thot I’d give this one a try! Great picture! Really bright! Easy to set up including WiFi ! Really like the super remote with the pointer like a laptop! Even though don’t use it much because this tv won’t download spectrum app so I’m running everything through my Roku...... again!

I have never owned an LG, but i will be stickjng with them. I ws a Samsung guy, but the tvs just dont last. I really like the picture quality and ease of use. All of my game consoles look great on it and the game mode really gets rid of noticeable input lag.

I was looking for another television and I found the perfect one. It is a smart television with really great quality in color and picture brightness. When we use the HD feature, it gets our attention very quick. I would recommend this to my family and friends. By the way I will be purchasing another one, maybe a little larger for another area in our home. Thanks for all the help in explaining why this television would be a good pick for me and the quality customer service we received. Most importantly the price was right!

Picture is good. Has a tendency to not stay connected to the Internet when all other devices in the house have no issues. Roku stick to the rescue which has zero issues staying connected while streaming television and other apps. Disappointing that I have to use a streaming stick on a smart TV that has the same apps as my Roku stick. The remote is also good.

Bought this for the living room, needed a 55" because of the space on the wall where I was putting it. Light weight and pretty thin, it hung on the wall with a swing out bracket, NICE !!! Set up was easy, the smart features are awesome.

Very impressed by this tv. Its got everything you need plus a magic remote that only LG offers. Audio and picture very good. Could use more apps but you can just get a roku. Would highly recommend this tv for anyone looking for a new 4k smart tv.

Great price point for a really good TV. I bought the 42" earlier generation a few years ago when I had a smaller room to put my TV in and loved it. It was time to upgrade in size to fit a bigger room and this 55" hit all the right marks. it was an upgrade in size and features for me, hit my price point of not spending and arm and a leg for a smart TV and had enough features, ports and built in aps to ensure that I would not need any other peripherals. One ofthe best features I enjoy is screen casting so I can play home videos and pictures from my phone to my TV without cables or dongles. I also really like some of the internet channels that come free with this TV. The picture is crisp and clear and I have no trouble seeing clearly any parts of a movie that are dark. If you want a perfectly serviceable TV, get this one. LG makes great tvs that last.

This is last years model (2019), which certainly doesn’t bother me, I’m a cable cutter. The picture quality is terrific, the integration of of internet channels was a nice bonus, Alexa/google built in. Nothing but praise for this TV.

LG makes a good product. The TV is easy to use, has a great picture and the sound without any sound bars, external speakers, etc. is good. While this TV may not have all the bells and whistles of a more expensive TV, it has the features I wanted.

I bought this to replace a Visio. I have a two year old LG and it has been great. The features and picture quality and sound are perfect. The setup and installation were a breeze, Thank you LG, I won't be buying any other brand in the future

This TV was a wonderful upgrade from my basic Sony TV. This TV has AMAZING picture and it was really easy to set up. I was able to hook up my play station fairly easily. I would def. recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their TVs.

I was a bit hesitant about the picture quality at first but once I brought it home and set it up, everything changed. I totally love it. Especially the magic remote is so helpful in lots of ways. I recommend this tv to anyone.

Have had this TV for a few years now and can't recommend it enough. Great value for money and a great picture quality! The magic remote is also a nice addition (works almost like a Nintendo Wii remote).

If you are looking for a 4K and don’t feel like spending over $1000, this is an awesome set. It looks incredible and is a high quality unit. One of my biggest concerns was that when I was in the store and it was sitting directly beside a high end 4K, I could easily see the difference, but once I got it home and was comparing it to my old 1080 TV, the difference was night and day better on this one. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is wanting to get into a 4K on a budget. Looks amazing and works like a charm! If I had to make one complaint about this TV, it would just be that the legs seem a little flimsy so I would recommend mounting it if possible. Other than that, I have no complaints and couldn’t be happier with the TV considering the price point!

Pristine picture quality. Great operating system. The stands however are the pits. One of them snapped during installation, requiring some jerryrigging on my part to put it together. The stands also sit at the base of the tv, making the whole structure very unstable. I recommend wall mounting this if it's an option for you.

I've been a die-hard Sony TV fan for decades. I saw this tv was on sale and had a little extra cash. Best purchase of 2019! 55" 4k HDR, the remote doubles as a cursor, and it has web os. You can't beat it, especially for the price.

We came in wanting a good mid-size TV and put a very low budget on ourselves. We came in under budget and can't believe the picture quality on this television. And it's easy to navigate...for us non-tech savvy folks.

Purchased and set up for Daughter / Son in law. Nothing but a great picture and easy to use Netflix, Vudu apps. Easy to add the Disney + app for gran-daughter as well. Very nice 4K available channel picture quality.

Needed to replace 2nd TV in bedroom and was looking for something relatively basic. Compared this one to Samsung equivalent. Both offered complimentary features but the LG just looked better. Easy setup. Great value. Glad we got it.
