Shipping quality was great. TV setup was easy and the quality is stunning and the remote makes things even easier with netflix and prime video buttons. Also love the google assistant access. Highly recommend, especially when on sale!

I paid $149 to have this set up by Best Buy. It was a matter of knowing time zone, zip code, WIFI info, and it was done. I had no idea it was that easy. Good picture, good sound, easy to attach the feet. It's a good buy.

We bought this to replace an HD purchased back in 2008. Picture quality is great and with the SmartTV internet connectivity, we were able to redeploy chromecasts to get Netflix and Hulu into the home office on an older HD TV.

This tv has great features, great sound, and great picture also. Has everything I would want in a big screen tv and completely meets my needs. I am very satisfied with this LG tv and got it at a really good price.

For the price, you cannot get any better! The color and HD is great! I was skeptical about this purchase but I have no regrets. This TV is so high-tech, it’s so easy to use and set up was quick! I highly recommend this TV.

The picture is incredibly clear, and it is the perfect size for our room. Additionally, the price was more than comparable with other brands. We're also enjoying the features of this tv, especially the easy to use remote.

This tv had a very good price in its class of size and HD 4k. not to heavy and was easy to mount on the wall. works with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant

I’ve been a Samsung and Sony tv consumer for years. I decided to go with this model because of price and features and I am pleased with my purchase. The price and features you get with the model out do others at this price point. The only negative with this purchase is that Best Buy needs to get it together. I stood and waited over an hour for someone to assist me. After being overlooked twice I took the tv off the shelf myself and carted it to the checkout in the front. I should have had someone help team lift with me but customer service at this location is non existent.

Great choice in a smart tv product. It was easily set up and easy to use. We didn't have to do anything special (with DISH network, remotes, etc.). It was just plugged in and done. Great picture and great price.

Even though LG is a little more money we find it worthwhile because the picture quality is better and the remote is easy to use

We had a TV that was ok, about 15 years old! So...we bought this TV for Christmas and what a difference! Having a smart TV is so much fun. The viewing is so much better than our small, older TV. Love it!

Literally the best tv I have ever owned!!!! Picture and smart features are absolutely amazing. Was even able to link my lg washer and dry to the tv. So now when the cycle is done the tv informs me.

It was easy to setup, install and update the software. Her comments told the story: "I didn't realize how the old set was so unclear. This one is great!" It streams great and the grandkids love it.

Bought this for our living room and couldn't be happier. Great color and picture, sound is great (although hubby is pushing for a sound system for more base). Would highly recommend.

For the price of this TV, it's a great deal. The image quality is excellent, the contrast is great, and the UI combined with the magic remote is a wonderful experience. For this money, I don't think a Samsung or Vizio would be as high of quality or have as many features. No, it's not ultra thin or super light weight. It's still rather thin and doesn't weigh much. It's not a 120Hz panel, but that's hard to find under $800. I haven't fully worked out the kinks in regards to setting up the smart assistant correctly, but I'm looking forward to getting that integrated. We chose this model over similar Samsung, Sony, and Vizio units and we're very happy with this decision.

this is great TV quality for a very low price. Unless you have very specific needs for an expensive TV, with an exceptional picture or technical function, you should buy this TV for a good price.

What can I say!, is LG!, It’s a great smart TV. It has all the movie apps you probably need now a days. Easy to set up and awesome remote. The picture is great and the audio as well.

I went to Best Buy looking for a low priced 55in 4K TV. I researched a number of TVs from several brands. When I went to the store to look at the TVs the 1080p versions that were in the $300 price range just weren't crisp enough and felt a higher refresh rate (120hz) would reduce the tail on the soccer ball while watching EPL. Other LG reviews indicated the sound wasn't very loud or of good quality, and recommended a sound bar. I didn't get one, and I've found the built in speakers to be sufficiently powerful and quality. I'm not thrilled with the remote - awkward balance and need to use a pointer to make selections on the screen. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase!

Great colors and contrast. Build quality is strong. Thin frame around the TV. Sound is loud. Smart TV with easy to use interface. I would definitely recommend to others.
