Confusing to set up with where things are all the different ports are kind of hidden. If you are tech challenged, take your time. We are seniors and found it a challenge.

Delivery & set up of new TV

They were able to connect my new tv to my cable & internet, too. (For a hefty price, of course) The crew was polite and did not leave a mess.

I recently gave away my Samsung tv because of the update issues and came across LG. Having a WebOs has been better all day and stays connected to the WiFi. My soundbar even connects better and without prompt.
