    It’s a good TV! It’s more affordable than the previous one we owned, so the materials aren’t as good. The big red light in the front to power on and off is kind of an eye sore.

    I filed a complaint about a rude installer who refused to set-up the tv he installed claiming it was not his job. Then he provided Best Buy with documentation that he set-up the TV. The Best Buy rep I shared this with told me I would receive some form of credit for this experience. To date I have received nothing>
