The option of convection bake or convection roast has turned this novice chef into a culinary artist. Kidding. Honestly a great gas stove, even flames on the burners, cook top and interior are easy to clean.

Be careful however as the grill openings are big. I have a small espresso coffee pot and it almost fell through the grill on top of burner. Gas is awesome and even and heats up food quickly. Enjoy cooking now.

I did my research and this got great reviews. It had all the functions I needed, and some I didn't even know I needed until I had them. This is a definite 10 for me, and I cook a great deal. Do yourself a favor and buy this one!
