This is the second one I've purchased. Great quality product and the price was great compared to others. Having a membership is helpful, too, when you make major purchases such as this.

The cooktop works fine, but the oven is something else. For example, the temperature reads 350 but the actual temperature is 250. That’s one variation of the problem. We reported this to LG (Philippines) and they are sending someone next week.

Amazing addition to the house, so easy to use and the self cleaning features are great.

A sleek appearance! An easy to use and very efficient oven. We are glad with our purchase.

Very unhappy with this range. After 3 months issues developed with the burners. Would turn on 1 burner and at least one or more other burners would come on as well. If the stove was running and you turned on a burner all burners would come on. Burners also had no control over heat, they came on at the highest temp. LG warranty service has been absolutely horrible. As of the date of this review which is some 3 months after were initially reported the problem we still have not had a warranty inspection. LG has scheduled inspections but has been with repair firms out of state??? the firms cancel because they don't go out of state. LG will not schedule with anyone in the town where we live and there are several repair firms. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Best Buy won't help because they say the extended warranty does not cover the 1st 12 months - that time period is covered only by the factory warranty. Hours of being on hold be told over and over a repair work order is scheduled but no resolution. No common human decency on the part of LG to help us resolve the issue after 3 months. It is sad because we have been LG fans until this incident. All our appliances including washer and dryer are LG

Looks Beautiful and gets the job done. The oven is very comfortable and just knock on the door and the lights turns on for you to see inside without opening the door. Love it

Air fryer feature takes a little longer than a countertop but does an excellent job.

I haven’t used all the oven settings but so far I love the stove. Yes, it’s beautiful but it’s there to do a job and it does that.

Love my range, looking forward to doing some baking. Exact size I needed, slid into the spot and fits perfect.

Love this range. We had a duel oven from LG in the past, but decided I did not like that one anymore and went to this one. Best decision ever!

Oven seems to be working well. Very fast to heat - glass top is of course, a pain in the neck to clean - but this has been looking pretty good

The ext piece should not be on if it is only if needed. We installed with it on and had to take drive back out.
