Upon setting the TV up at home, I was initially very impressed by the OS on the unit, as the software both looked great and was easy to use for the configuration and setup of the unit. The colors looked rich and vivid, but the tv exhibited a lot of problems with both light leakage in the corners of the unit, and more importantly grey 'streaking' throughout the picture, particularly during movement. For a TV of this price, I was very disappointed in this and returned it for a Samsung, and I am pleased with it.

I really wanted a bigger Tv than my LG 55 inch, went looking around for a nice SALE price TV. I ended up getting this LG 65 inch and I am absolutely stunned and taken away! This TV is amazing!! Such great detailed, feels like I am in a movie theater!! I also LOVE the smart control, point to any direction kind of feel like a WII remote! You will honestly love love this TV, and I got it when it was on sale!

The 65" screen combined with the pristine image makes this a great purchase. This is definitely a future proof television and so far it lives up to the LG standard.

I'm loving this lg. This is one of the few tvs that is compatible with both Dolby vision and HDR 10. 4K picture looks crisp and clear and HDR really brings it up a notch! Super easy webOS! Easy set up and to use apps and smart features. I had bought a Vizio M series and ended up returning it and buying a LG and loving it. I feel like the colors are warmer and to me looks nicer! Only negative for me is some issues whith black lighting when watching dark scenes in a dark room but over all it's great.

This was an upgrade to our t.v. in the bedroom. We reviewed this television online and spent hours in store. I couldnt be happier with our decision in buying it.

We were looking for a new TV to replace our old 65" rear projection unit. The new TV still has to be calibrated but we are very happy with the picture quality.

I bought the LG after comparing it to my son's Vizio. The Vizio "smart" features was Chromecast which I did not like. I would prefer the Web OS interface for the smart features. I do not like the "wand" type controller. It is too difficult to control when you are not in front of the TV (small angle variations translate to large cursor movements). When we first set it up, I entered my wireless router ID and PW and went to set up Netflix. I couldn't get in to set up Netflix. I then hooked it directly to an Ethernet cable and still the same thing. It was late at night and so no one was available to call. In the morning, I went back to see if I could try Netflix after a good night's sleep. Lo and behold, it connected and updated and allowed me to log in without any issues. It might have needed to update it's firmware before doing anything but I am not sure. Would I buy it again, definitely.

I was skeptical at first but after seeing the quality definition on the tv I was sold. I love the deep blk and colors. I'm still navigating the remote a little frustrating but over all I'm glad I own the tv

This is the 3rd LG TV we have purchased. (32, 47, now 65) All have been trouble free. As all of them, this one has a fabulous picture, colors are perfect, on screen settings are clear and straight forward. Lee at Best Buy in Saratoga Store was extremely knowledgeable on LG products, was patient, and really helped us select the right unit at the right price point. Sound is strong and high quality.

Love this 4K TV. The picture on it is amazing. It almost operates like a computer with all the functions it has to offer!

4k to the max, but smart features are redundant in a world of intelligent smart boxes. Read chromecast, apple tv, and roku boxes. Not a bad offering, but some of the integrated features need more work.

This tv may not be an oled tv but it is one of the best non oled tv's for the price. It's massive yet has a great hd picture. I have no complaints!

Originally came in looking to "see" the Sony and Visio products in a 55 - 60 inch size. Had looked online at various models and wanted to view in person. Once we looked at TVs in store and compared the HDR version to the other models, decided to go with the larger 65" in the LG brand. So far we have been very pleased with the picture quality and crisp sharp images. I have seen no ghosting, pixeling, or other issues at all during any usage of the TV to date. Have used it for Blu-ray videos, satellite channels (both HD and non-HD), SD/flash Card movies, pictures, etc., internet streaming, and screen sharing. Have not run laptop, computer, or tablet through TV yet, but feel that it would perform these tasks with ease as well.

I have 2 of these televisions, one 55" and one 65", and they perform great. Not quite like my LG OLED, but these are great dollar for dollar values.
