It's been a little bit over a year since we purchased the LG QNED TV. The TV is solid, colors are bright and clear, and blacks are very black. The sound is incredible. I pair the TV with an LG soundbar, and I could not be happier. The software is updated regularly, and the whole system works incredibly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Pros * Good Broadcast Picture Quality * Good Signal reception from remote Broadcast stations (More channels than other TVs in house) Cons * LG is watching and send a lot of my personal viewing to 3rd party web companies. I had to decline all of the privacy statements to stop/slow down the personal data transfer. Also had to uncheck another 15 defaults. Alexa can not be turned off. * Optical Out is the only output port and it failed (see below) * Some older movies had clarity problems between the character and dark background on Fire stick and DVD. Could not correct for this with LG picture controls. * The home page is a cluttered mess and you could not edit to remove the clutter. LG kept promoting new APPs on the Home screen (to collect more data from you) Optical Port failure LG has no RCA out ports so Optical Out was connected to a Optical to RCA powered conversion box then to my Stereo. Everything worked fine (Good sound) when a broadcast channel was connect to "Optical Out + TV speakers" but when I selected Optical Out Only, my stereo produced loud ear piercing static * Swapped optical cables from Best Buy - Failed * Swapped Optical to RCA conversion box from Best Buy -Failed * Swapped to HDMI to RCA from Best Buy -Failed (TV can only output to the Optical Port * Spent 2 hours troubleshooting with LG (Help desk person did not understand Optical ports) LG then recommended a local tech drive to my remote site (potentially at my cost) * 4 trips to Best Buy to purchase the above swapped equipment. Best Buy will only swap the TV; after that the recommendation was to buy a new stereo which would double the cost of the TV. * No one has recommended this, but the only thing that I found worked, is to keep the "Optical Out + TV speakers" setting and turn the TV speaker volume to zero. There is something in the TV speaker software that synchronizes the sound to my Stereo. Nether LG or Best Buy can explain this.

I love this TV! The picture quality is great, and it’s super easy to use. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone especially for the price.

I love this LG Qnef tv. This picturea are life like and high definan beautiful sound output...and yes with the free LG channels. Connection to th internet is fast. I use to be a Samsung girl but this year I decided to try LG and I have no regrets so far. I am buying the sound bar to upgrade my tv viewing experience. I am on love with LG and gradually... Life is really good with LG!!!

Setup was easy. Picture is great. I knocked it one star because I didn't want a smart TV but it seems like it is impossible to find one that isn't anymore. Too much stuff to learn.

This TV is so nice I was thinking maybe we got the cheapest one and made a mistake no way it's beautiful sharp image perfect price point for size the color is phenomenal love it

Thia tv has been great. The whole family loves it. It has amazing quality of picture and is easy to navigate, even for my little ones.

I love this TV. The clarity and picture is awesome. We love the 65" screen which fits our area perfectly. It's very easy to set up and to operate.

Picture and sound is great but the software is slow. Have delay issues when clicking the remote and the tv responding

This is an amazing TV and I love the picture quality and how quick it works. I have had so-called smart TVs before that took five minutes to load YouTube and different channels that I subscribe to. Not this one! Excellent purchase I highly recommend.
