Great picture, crisp and clean. However, if sound quality is a high priority, then this tv is greatly lacks this quality.

The TV IS FINE. The local store and Corporate “help” is truly POOR. Delivery team was not given the necessary installation items to complete purchased on the wall install. Purchased sound bar was not in delivery bundle, no power exchanger… generally Corporate‘efficiencies cost sales and was a FIRST bad experience for a Total member. sales personnel apologetic but couldn’t overcome systemic methodology of placing third party between customer and local store BB has changed for the worse

This Tv is excellent if you want to play video games like Forza or call of duty. Definitely worth the price!

Love this tv. I can believe how thin it is. And the picture is amazing. So glad I got it. And has AI for picture setting.

This is my second QNED tv and I love this updated model better than my year old unit. Picture and sound quality are great and the new magic remote more intuitive and sleek than the prior version. AI interface is so useful and has really improved the viewing quality and experience.

Great price on sale, life long LG fan but getting the best picture can be a pain, needs to be more intuitive and Best Buy should offer tutorials instead of charging $249 to come to the house and adjust it. I’m still learning and hoping to find the right set up.

Very surprised by the functionality of this tv. The picture is amazing and when paired with a lg sound bar and speakers the wow orchestra is comparable to a movie theater.

Easy set-up, picture is good and remote is easy to use.

TV is fabulous and great picture quality just have some troubles pairing the remote with direct tv and sound is average

Needed an upgrade and didn't want to break the bank. This model is bright, colorful and crisp compared to my old TV. LG is a new UI for me but it's quick to figure out with lots of customization

Purchased the LG 65” QNED TV based on the quality of its picture, the LG technology, and the price. Our sales person (Ben) explained to us the differences between the OLED, QLED, and the QNED which we decided to purchase based on all the information that Ben gave us.

I love it but have sound issues so they are going to bring a new one! Only complaint is its too bright for a bedroom so they are going to try to adjust the new one
