Very good TV at very reasonable price. I looked a a number of TVs in the Best Buy show room. This one stood out at the price point. Very happy with the TV. It has great color and brightness. I would recommend this TV.

The TV has been working fine, and the picture is very good. Coming from a Roku TV it was a bit difficult to get used to Web OS. Roku is easier to navigate and find the settings you are looking for. After using the tv for a few weeks I am more comfortable, but some things take me some time to find. The TV is great so far and the remote control is nice. I hope this TV last longer than my TCL Roku TV that after 3 years developed some display problems and Best Buy told me that the problem was the display and could not be fixed.

I had a LG O LED for 6 years, 65 in , which work fine for 4 years, after that it got a bad burn in. I purchased this TV due to the fact it had Mini Led which gives better Blacks and no burn. this TV has AI which is cool to help you set up. still doesn't macth the O LED. I found the best Picture is to set the TV to Vivid and power saver off,

It's a great tv once you get all the picture settings fine tuned. I liked how in store we saw it with the lower 82a under it and an OLED above it hanging on the wall. It's helped us decide on the correct tv for us. The person who came to talk to us kept trying to push us on an OLED too much. He even wanted us to get a Samsung OLED because the price was cheaper than LG OLED (for a good reason). Because he was acting like he was, we left, ordered online and came back to get it. Trying to push the most expensive isn't always the way to go when being told we want a qned and we weren't interested in OLED at the beginning of the conversation.

Very nice color and quality for an excellent price, set up is slightly complicated but take your time reading instructions and it’s ok. I use my fios remote for watching regular TV. And the TV remote for all other apps. Ie: Netflix, prime etc.

i bought the LG 65' Class TV. it has all the bells and whistles. The salesman was very attentive to our needs and was not pushy at all in fact he helped me get the best deal for our money. I am very happy with the purchase and to this point have found nothing negative to say about the product we purchased. I would recommend this LG TV to everybody, along with the store location we purchased it from. Thank you,

Excellent picture and very pleased with QNED eco AI experience. Definitely would recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a higher end set. Would have given it 5 stars but had issue with connecting to WiFi and had to exchange without any issues with new set and BB was excellent in return.

I initially had issue with this tv. This may sound like a no brainier but I figured out my issue with this tv. I had it direct wired to a satellite router and worked setup for backup. Turns out even though The TV showed two different IP addresses and MAC addresses, the router kept listing the TV as the same IP address in the router registry. I completely disabled the wireless and everything is working now. Picture quality is good however it is an edge lot tv and the sales guy did not say it was. We had a specific conversation about me wanting this tv that wasn’t edge lit.

I upgraded to 65". I saw this terrific buy for $699 in the BB store early January. I use it with a sound bar and I love the fact it tells you when that is activated and now only 1 remote for everything. Easy to load apps and easier to find them. Clarity is very good, I have to say not quite as crystal clear as I saw in the store but it's very good and for the price, a great buy.
