Very surprised by the functionality of this tv. The picture is amazing and when paired with a lg sound bar and speakers the wow orchestra is comparable to a movie theater.

TV size and quality are great. Installation and setup went well.

Very nice color and quality for an excellent price, set up is slightly complicated but take your time reading instructions and it’s ok. I use my fios remote for watching regular TV. And the TV remote for all other apps. Ie: Netflix, prime etc.

Great TV! I did have an issue with the delivery notifications, however. The team who delivered and set up my TV was also great, but the automatically generated notifications about anticipated arrival time need some work, however. I was sent a location map with anticipated arrival time of 7 minutes about 2 hours before they actually arrived. This made the information useless. Geek Squad, need to reevaluate how this information is generated as it disrespects the time of your customers.

Excellent picture and very pleased with QNED eco AI experience. Definitely would recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a higher end set. Would have given it 5 stars but had issue with connecting to WiFi and had to exchange without any issues with new set and BB was excellent in return.

I am enjoying the TV and speaker combo. Qled is the best bang for the buck. I didnt like that the salesman told me I would get 15% back on the purchase if I signed up for Best Buy Plus that day, because that was not accurate information, so always double check what you are being told. The 15% back was actually a promo for a Best Buy credit card.

Great clear picture and sound, so far we are loving this TV

My wife and I stopped by Best Buy to just look at some TVs. This LG caught our eye. Great picture and sound. LG has alot of stations that you can get. So far great tv. Would recommend this tv to the consumers.

Getting use to the remote and the way it handles apps and inputs takes awhile. But it is fine once you get the hang of it. Picture is superb.

This replaced a five year old LG that was starting to fail. Hopefully this set will last as long. So far, very pleased with the set.

Excellent product, I always go for TVs and computers at Best Buy. They tend to last longer and they deliver the goods in perfect conditions, not like other stores.

Went there without a plan or idea and got educated on what to expect. Ended up purchasing this over the $1600 one with the anti glare. Honestly it’s very close and so far we love it. Great quality and no issues.

Anyone in the market for a new TV should opt for this one. I 100% recommend it for the price range and features if offers. Bought a switch 2 and graphics are stunning.

I like that all the apps are displayed on the main screen. For some reason we are having difficulty sometimes switching over to our live tv (cable) channels.

Great picture, crisp and clean. However, if sound quality is a high priority, then this tv is greatly lacks this quality.
