Absolutely the worst TV I’ve ever purchased. LG should be ashamed of this product. The operating system is slow, clunky, and incredibly frustrating to use. The overall usability is a nightmare — everything takes forever to load, and the remote is poorly designed. Internet connectivity is unstable and unreliable, making even the simplest tasks painful. To give you an idea of how bad it is, I ended up reconnecting my old Samsung Crystal, and it runs circles around this so-called “smart” TV. Huge regret — never buying LG again.

Hi there, Robby. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the performance of your 65QNED85AUA TV's operating system and internet connectivity. Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further.
To address the slow performance and unstable internet connectivity, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Power Cycle the TV and Router: Unplug both your TV and your Wi-Fi router from their power outlets for about 60 seconds, then plug them back in. This can often resolve temporary connectivity or performance glitches.
Check for Software Updates: Ensure your TV's software is up to date. You can usually find this option in the TV's settings menu under "Support" or "About This TV." Keeping the software current can improve overall performance and address bugs.
Optimize Settings: In your TV settings, consider disabling any "Power Saving" modes or unnecessary AI picture processing features, as these can sometimes impact performance. Also, check if there are options to clear the TV's cache or manage/delete unused apps to free up resources.
Network Connection: If possible, try connecting your TV to your router using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi to see if the internet connectivity stabilizes. This can help determine if the issue is with the Wi-Fi signal or the TV's network adapter.

It is difficult to differentiate between the TV’s available. I am pleased with this purchase but best part was having the Geek Squad deliver and set up our two new TV’s.

I use this on my enclosed porch. I use it mainly for viewing sports during the day. Golf, football, etc. The picture is quite good for bright rooms. Resolution and refresh rates keep up with the action . The viewing angle is good for all seats on the 16’ wide porch. The available apps have it so I no longer need to use the fire TV stick I was using on the older TV.

I have been looking for a 65 inch TV to replace my 55 inch fire TV. I had settled on one until I realized it wasn’t 120hz refresh rate so I started looking again. While I was in the store, this TV caught my eye from the open box section. I decided to go look at the display and realized a new one wasn’t much more. The picture was stunning! I was sold! I paid for it and had it shipped to the store. Getting it home wasn’t a problem. Put it up on the wall (2 person job) which was not easy because it’s a heavier TV. Turning it on, went through the set up menu. To say that webOS TV is anything short of a nightmare for someone who’s used to a Fire TV is an understatement. I know LG thinks it’s great, it’s why they put it on their TVs. It is so different from what I’m used to. I spent close to two days and several hours each day trying to figure it out. The final straw was I could not watch MGM+ because the app in not available from LG. In the end, I bought a fire TV stick so I can completely bypass the webOS TV software. The bottom line. The tv picture is what it should be and much better than what it replaced. The Fire TV stick is a workaround. Had I known it would be this difficult to use, I would have never bought it and gone with a Roku or Fire TV when I could find one with the 120Hz refresh rate. I will say the LG channels is a nice feature, but not enough to make me buy another LG TV. I just didn’t want to spend hours and days trying to figure out how to make it work and the phone app is terrible. The pointer at one point was off by 90 degrees!! Nothing is intuitive…to me. And, since I’m paying the price, that’s important to me.

This is a great TV for the price. The colors are very vibrant and it has multiple viewing options for the picture (like cinema, for example). The LG home screen is easy to navigate and set up, and allows you to control your TV from your phone (good added feature). The TV is easy to set up and works quickly out of the box. It is also light and easy to set up. The refresh rate makes for a smoother view.

If you’re looking for a TV that reflects your best qualities, this LG 65" is basically your electronic twin. It turns on faster than you do when someone says “free food,” it’s smarter than half the people in your group chat, and it’s so skinny it makes other TVs look like they’re retaining water. The picture quality is so sharp it made me question my own eyesight. I mean, I saw pores on actors I didn’t even know had skin. And the colors? Let’s just say if this TV walked into a room, it would steal the spotlight—and probably your Wi-Fi password—without even trying. The interface is smooth, the apps load instantly, and the remote is so intuitive it feels like it knows what you want before you do. Honestly, if this thing gets any smarter, it’s going to start giving you life advice. In conclusion: 5 out of 5 stars — because any TV that’s fast, smart, and skinny like you deserves nothing less.

Absolutely blown away by the display on this unit. They had multiple screens set up on display and was easy to compare. Scott was extremely helpful w/ details on these units. My only issue was there is no analog jacks for sound system hookup. Had to purchase an optical to analog adaptor to connect my older amp, but got it hooked up & working properly. Only use this option occasionally, On board sound options are quite sufficient for most viewing, unless I want to crank it up for a more immersive experience.

The picture is great, colors are great. Settings are easy to navigate. It also has a great option to show pictures from your phone through the app while it us "powered off". My only compliant and it's a small one it plays a sound when the tv turns on and off.

The LG 65” QNED85A Series QNED evo AI MiniLED TV is amazing. The picture quality is beautiful—very bright, sharp, and vibrant with deep blacks and great contrast. Movies, sports, and regular TV all look fantastic

I had a LG O LED for 6 years, 65 in , which work fine for 4 years, after that it got a bad burn in. I purchased this TV due to the fact it had Mini Led which gives better Blacks and no burn. this TV has AI which is cool to help you set up. still doesn't macth the O LED. I found the best Picture is to set the TV to Vivid and power saver off,

Needed an upgrade and didn't want to break the bank. This model is bright, colorful and crisp compared to my old TV. LG is a new UI for me but it's quick to figure out with lots of customization

It's a great tv once you get all the picture settings fine tuned. I liked how in store we saw it with the lower 82a under it and an OLED above it hanging on the wall. It's helped us decide on the correct tv for us. The person who came to talk to us kept trying to push us on an OLED too much. He even wanted us to get a Samsung OLED because the price was cheaper than LG OLED (for a good reason). Because he was acting like he was, we left, ordered online and came back to get it. Trying to push the most expensive isn't always the way to go when being told we want a qned and we weren't interested in OLED at the beginning of the conversation.

Great color and clarity to the picture. Ease of use and setup

It may simply be that my old TV was tired, but this TV has a sharp bright picture. Unlike some of the newer TVs, the picture does not change colors or distort if you are watching from the side, which means it can be used in a regular room and not just a home theater type set up.
