I typically prioritize affordable cost over quality. However, after a recent move and some research, I decided to invest in a higher quality product. This tv seemed to have all the specs and characteristics I was interested in. I used the tv for a few hours a day. Unfortunately one fine morning, less than three weeks after purchase, the screen stopped working. To add insult to injury, Best Buy has a very short 2 week return policy. After hours of frustrating phone calls, I scheduled an appointment using the one year manufacture warranty. Hopefully all goes well, but so far I’m quite disappointed with this purchase.

Was delivered , saw red line straight down tv, never had another in stock, had to buy a different tv 2 weeks layer before 15 day warranty exspired, no one else seemed to care!

This TV has been nothing but trouble. Constantly freezing up, sound not working, and won’t turn off. I’ll be contacting the manufacturer about it.

Got it for $1000 couldnt go wrong upgrading from my Nanocell 4k tv more hdmi 2.1 ports than i had and its future proof. Cant go wrong. Picture is sharp sound is clean especially wired up to a dolby atmos soundbar via the e arc connection. Tons of apps and gallery photos. Cant lose. Just buy a warranty
