I purchased this as an open box item. It looks and operates like it should. Could not be happier with the Television.

This is my first LG. I'm a Samsung man. I recently had a 60" Samsung TV quit working after about 5yrs from purchase. So, I decided to change brand. So far I don't have any complaints.

I love this tv and I want another one because this tv is so beautiful

I bought this tv to replace the one I bought last year. I overall prefer lg over Sony and Samsung on the fact they when it comes to playing long media from a usb it’s not as as picky on the file type or who the created the media as don’t and Samsung. I only wish they somehow mKe google assistant not as complicated to set up.

Covid made me wait from Super Bowl weekend until June for delivery and wall installation but the installer was 10 stars. So worth the wait.

Great quality for the money. The clarity is not as crisp as my Sony. Would buy again.

What a great TV I love the magic remote feature best of all the price ty bestbuy.

Pitched 3/2020 and after 2 months and part of the top of the screen went out had 4 large dark spots. Called LG and sent pictures. Repair tech came to house after 2 weeks, said the led’s on the board blew out. Went to replace the screen only and LG sent the wrong one. Tech just happened to have a screen that would fit. (Not sure if it was even for my model) but it worked. Now just a little over a year later have a huge dark spot about 13 inches round bottom left of screen. Bought the LG sound bar with subwoofer at the same time and have had problems with it cutting out since day one. Subwoofer is about 10-12 feet away from the TV/sound bar. Only bought this tv as it was on sale and about 200.00 cheaper at the time compared to the Samsung model. Big mistake by purchasing this. My 4 other tv’s are Samsung and previous models lasted 8 years so I bought all Samsung again except for this addition. Going to call LG customer service but since it’s over a year it’s doubtful they will do anything.

A few weeks ago the WiFi kept forgetting me WiFi and I would have to re enter my password every 30 mins. Now when I turn on the tv it’s a black screen that says “one moment please. Smart service will resume shortly.” When I researched online both these problems are known and LG has done nothing to correct them. It’s sad because My first Tv was an LG lcd that is 15 years old and still running great at my parents house. I bought this 65” that stopped working conveniently just out of warranty and I have a 50” that I’ve had to get fixed that was still under warranty. Never buying an LG again.

I found a black/white vertical line on the screen just after one month of use. Just one day after the return date. There is none of physical damage to it. It's difficult to connect to Bestbuy via online chat or phone.

Purchased the tv, happy with the screen, good sound for a tv without a sound bar, great value. But the most surprising feature of this 7 series tv was the remote! It automatically will connect to TiVo devices, Xbox, sound bars, and other equipment, working as a universal remote control depending on what device is being viewed. Very helpful. I also got a great $60 floor stand from fitueyes on a*z which was perfect for this tv in my space, even though the wall was awkward and tv stand too small.

I did research for over a month on different TV's wanting to purchase my first TV in 6 years and a 4K TV. Since this was a major purchase and probably the last one for me I wanted to make sure I got the best deal. Talked to Carole at Best Buy and she gave me lots to think about and the desire to research LG. I went back in a few days later and Austin spent a couple hours helping me and I purchased my television. It was delivered in 2 days and was very easy to set up. It connected to the internet and sound bar right away and the remote is awesome. It can be a regular remote, a pointer or voice activated. One thing I really liked is with the touch of a button all your inputs come up on the screen and you just pick the one you want. It has a great picture and lots of options. I am very happy with this product so far but still have a lot to learn.

Im Going To Make This As Simple As Possible For Those Gamers Out There Who Want a Good Quality Tv With Great Color , & LOW IMPUT LAG . If Your A Gamer This Tv is For You . The Response Time For Gaming Is EXCELLENT! (While in Game Mode). . & As For Watching Regular Tv & Movies (The Colors Are Vibrant From Corner To Corner , The Only Problem Is If You Have A Console & You Watch Netlfix/Hulu no matter your console settings or tv setting you will experience a 0.1 skip lag wich isint a Huge Deal But At Timea Could Be Districtacting For Fast Paste Movement . But If You Use The Netlfix App /Hulu App With Your Tv Smart Feature Then You Should Be Good . So Total Rating For The Price Is Great . ive had Multiple Tvs That I keep returning (around 7) because of either Bad Imput Lag For Games or Ugly pixel colors . This Was My Winner . Dont sleep on it ! This TV IS MEANT FOR GAMERS ! As far as how long the tv will last i am not sure , i have only had for over a month but Lg is a trusted brand in my opinion so give it a shot .

I have been wanting to upgrade for about the last 4 years my last TV is a 4K LG but it didn't have HDR because HDR was not available at the time so now it was time for me to buy a TV that has real HDR not the fake HDR that some manufacturers advertise after doing research I settled on this TV in particular because it has everything that I want picture quality is by far one of the best I've seen that's not OLED with that being said some of the features to name off top are Bluetooth connect to any and all wireless headsets and other Bluetooth devices Google assistance which is very helpful. last but not least the magic remote hands down is the best remote control experience by any other manufacturer period

Its now 2024 and my tv is still going strong. Im not the first person in line to buy the lastest. But to those of you who appreciate nice things for a good price this is well worth it.

You purchase a TV for the picture and this TV has a great picture. It's sharp and colorful, everything I wanted. I noticed a dimming during evening hours and tracked it down to an energy-saving feature that's active by default. After disabling this feature, the picture remains clear and bright at any time of day. Can't comment on the sound quality because I have a sound bar purchased a few years ago and continue to use it with the new TV. What sealed the deal when researching TV's was the Magic Remote that comes with this TV. It has been both the most frustrating and the most powerful remote I've had. I specifically wanted a remote that would control the TV, the sound bar and my DirecTV box; the Magic remote does all of this but it took lots of digging to figure out how to program the remote. I could not find any single internet post or YouTube video that explained all of the features of the remote, which is frustrating. And some of the postings showed button layouts or procedures that were outdated. In the end, I'm able to access every feature of my DirecTV box, including recording and playback options, using the Magic remote. I can also control the sound bar and a DVD player. The Magic remote has 3 means of control: buttons, an on-screen cursor, and voice. I haven't used voice control and can't comment on it. I initially found the on-screen cursor to be confusing (visualize a laser pointer on steroids) and difficult to control. However, after practice and after checking videos and posts, I see the need and the usefulness of the cursor. Not having the cursor would be like navigating a computer screen without a mouse, using only keyboard commands. There was a learning curve for the remote but, in the end, it's everything I hoped for and I enthusiastically give this TV and remote 5 stars.

I did a lot of research before buying and I a certainly not disappointed in my choice. This is my first LG TV and I was very surprised at how simple it was to set up. The shape of the remote makes it comfortable in my hand and I love that it works just like a computer mouse. The picture is superior to most of the other TVs I looked at. The price was competitive.

Everything you want in your new flat screen, sharp picture, vivid color, enough connectivity and instantly access your paid services like Netflix, etc. The price was right. You'd probably have to spend triple for a better picture. The bad news, the stand legs are at the ends so you'll either need to wall mount or buy a VERY wide stand.
