Easy installation excellent sound quality picture affordable price and quality remote

Picture is outstanding. Easy to navigate between different inputs. Setup was very easy. Glad we selected this one.

Purchased as a gift, setup on Christmas morning. Great picture, easy setup, tons of features. Couldn't be happier!

We just replaced our old std. definition Sony TV that was in the bedroom with this 65 inch 2160p-smart 4K UHD LED TV from LG. Wi-Fi and local channel RF antenna setup could not be any easier. The AI ThinQ remote which has a voice activated command is very intuitive and easy to use. Picture quality is great for a UHD TV. We had a Sony 75 inch X850F Series - 2160p - Smart - 4k UHD in our Living room. Picture quality of this LG is very comparable to Sony's. So far we are very satisfied.

Bought during covid lock down and never regret. It has been great value proving entertainment and information. Picture quality is superb and setup is a breeze. Easy and simple navigation through on-screen menu and works very well with all variations of streaming services. Great value for all around. One advise, go for the largest possible screen as we settled 65" and thought that was the right screen size. Could have gone 75" or even bigger ;)

Years of traveling and staying in numerous hotels, realized LG was TV of choice and really liked the picture quality. This is my 3rd LG tv. Originally purchased the 70" model. Took it home, set it up, turned it on and screen was cracked. Feared Best Buy would give me a hassle about returning. They actually were very pleasant about the whole situation. Cool heads win over to everybody's satisfaction. 70" was actually TOO BIG so brought home the 65". Perfect size for me and I think the picture is even better. Love the upgraded remote it comes with. Kinda like point the indicator and click. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought 2 of these to have matching 65” TVs side by side in the living room. They were on sale for $699. A few weeks later they were on sale for $650. I could have saved $100 total if I just waited a little longer which is disappointing. I love the color on these TVs but the sound is horrible. I have to watch Netflix on 90 out of 100 most of the time. Some shows even on 100 are hard to hear and my couch is literally right in front of the tv. I sit only 4-5 feet back from the tv. I will now be looking into sound bars to be able to hear the tv. I’m also not some old deaf person. I’m a young woman with excellent hearing.

This TV has changed how we perceive shows. It’s like they are in the room with us. It really shocked my husband and I, how much TVs has changed over the last few years. The picture is great and we’ve really enjoyed the ease of transition to other viewing platforms, such as Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. We have been very pleased with our purchase and think we got a great deal at Best Buy.

Our last LG performed and lasted so long we wanted another one. We needed new technology so we could stream and add apps. This TV was 10 inches larger than the previos one, and about a quarter of the cost. Its great! Great picture, great sound, easy to use, plug and play, and fits in the wall mount easily (very light). We a completely satisfied. Oh and the old TV moved to the bedroom; it stll runs great!

Nice 65" LG. Easy to manage and set-up. I used an after market set of stands for the legs - a narrower footprint for the console I'm using. The set works well with the stands. Picture/sound are excellent. The remote takes a bit to get used to but there are built in shortcuts you'll stumble across. This is my second LG and I expect another solidly built, excellent performer in this 65".

I've had a Panasonic for I want to say almost 10 years, and while it still works, I wanted something a little bigger and more modern. I had no idea where to start with 4K TVs, but I was told LG is a great brand, and I am very pleased with the product so far. Even older movies and shows look like they were shot recently. I can't believe the great quality for the price. Very happy with my purchase.

purchased this tv as my sony just recently out of warranty popped the main board and sony refused to help so getting another sony was way out of the question looking at the other models i discovered the lg and checked the reviews and purchase it setup was easy and connected to internet was surprised by the picture and sound have this a month now and am a happy camper

The picture quality on this TV is great. I have never had a 4K TV before, simply blown away by the picture quality. Fairly easy to set up and use. Internal computer automatically checks if any apps on this Smart TV need updates. Only downside is I can’t play AT&T streaming app off the TV.

easy set up. I love the remote that came with tv. I do wish it synced with comcast's even the sound is good right from the set. ty

Great picture, sharp, vivid and clear. The 65" is also wonderful. I love being able to switch from movie to sports picture. I also enjoy that I can use the remote as my main remote instead of having to use both my TV remote and my cable remote. I miss placed my user manual and was able to go online and download a manual, which was a good thing.

I really do enjoy the TV, it works great.. Internet speeds are subpar, I do enjoy the magic remote. My main issue with the TV would be that after I turn it off it turns itself back on... I will leave for work and turn off the Tv to go back into the house and grab something and the Tv is back on. The Internet tv app is nice to browse through when bored but the sources repeat after a while. HDR on this is great. Not sure what the AIThinQ stuff will do other than let me turn up the volume from my phone.

Built in Google assistant, free LG channels, responsive mouse like remote, and the picture is so clear everything movie/show background is so clear it looks fake. I got a great deal on a Memorial Day sale and can’t think of anything cons about this tv. If you are trying to choose between this and last year’s model, I didn’t regret getting the newer model.
