After reading online reviews I chose this dryer and am so happy with it. Super quiet is important as it is in a small condo and it is all that. Lots of cycles to choose from and the digital display is large and easy to use. Went from a 30 year old Maytag to this beauty and am very happy with the results.

This is a great dryer. We found that it actually was over drying and have had to reduce the heat setting for most loads. The dryer was delivered with some warehouse damage. We were offered the option of using it until a replacement arrived, or a $100 gift card. We took the card. The damage was hidden on the side and didn't interfere with the operation of the unit, so no need to take another day off for another delivery.

I did very extensive reserach on washers and dryers, this is the first time I rate a product excellent with out a doubt in my mind. Didn't want to pay too much and I didn't want to get something cheap either. The only additonal thing I could have gotten from a more expensive machine is a touch screen which I am 100% fine with out, nothing more I could ask for. The capacity is great, it's truly Enery Efficient, the machine turns off once the clothes are dry even if there is time left and the Wrinkle free feature is awesome. Not to mention you get $100 rebate from Pepco.

The washer and dryer look great! Uses very little water and is fairly quiet. A little learning curve just because it is so different than my old ones.

Great machines they really wash and dry your clothes machine is quite.

Easy to use. Simple set-up. I had both the matching washer and dryer set up and running before my husband came home from work. Shorter drying times. Plenty of different options. Love the steam option!

It dries my clothes in a fraction of the time that my old dryer did. It's awesome. I love the steam option.

I have to admit I haven't used any of the fancy steam features yet, but for everyday clothes drying it seems to do a good job. It seems like the capacity on the dryer is a little smaller than the capacity on the matching washing machine though. So if you really fill up the washer to its max capacity, once that load gets to the dryer you'll need to add a bunch of extra time if you want the clothes to come out dry the first time.

SO I WAS WENT TO A SCRATCH AND DENT PLACE TO BUY WASHER AND DRYER FRONT END LOADERS AND THE CHEAPEST SET WAS AROUND 2500 WITH MIN FEATURES .. SOMETHING TOLD ME TO GO TO BEST BUY , IM HAPPY I DID. THE SPACE IS GREAT . THE WASHER AND DRYER IS BIG WITH GREAT FEATURES. I LOVE IT...

I love all the features. It works great and it's very quiet. If you'received like me and upgrading from an old set this machine is more than awesome.

We had the dryer for about a month. Works perfect. The sense drying feature and steam are worth the addition to the requirements. The steam function allows my dress shirts to come out wrinkle free and stay that way.

We had not had the dryer but a week or so when I noticed an intermittent rythemic squeaking noise. Because the noise is intermittent I have not called for service. I am concerned that there might be a bearing or pulley going out. Except for this issue the dryer performs well.

I wanted to use this dryer for a little while before giving a review. I have had it for a few months now and I still love it! The only problem I have encountered is, if I'm drying a really small load, it will shut off before the clothes are completely dry and I have to restart it. Love the steam feature- it wasn't something I was looking for, but has come in handy!

This is my second dryer. The first one stopped turning off and we could not get a repairman out to fix. Bestbuy warranty sent a new dryer. Great dryer and great service.

We love this Dryer. Fast cycle and we have never had to restart the dryer due to wet clothes not being dry, like my parents with their Samsung. haha sorry samsung
