When drying towels and jeans I must increase drying time. But I love the sensor drying. It has cut down on the time it takes to dry items.

Works well now that its fixed. We are a family of six and use the item a lot. The only problem I really have with it is that you can only add more time to the manual setting.

You can't wash a mini load or you will ALWAYS get an EU error because it goes off balance in the spin cycle. It also goes into EU error on most cycles from what I've experienced (small, medium or large loads) during the month I've had it, so I don't have the confidence to set a wash and leave because I usually come back to find it stopped with that code. You can't have the lid open as you pretreat stains. It also makes weird noises that irritate my dogs. I wish I never bought this machine.

Great dryer - bought on sale for about $750. One of the important factors for us was this was a non-steam dryer. Consumer Reports indicated that steam dryers simply aren't worth the extra expense. Also, CR indicated that LG is a great brand based on repair history. We've had this for about a month now, and we love it. Works really well and has a LARGE capacity. Only downside is that the lint screen seems a little flimsy. Seems like it could break really easily with wear. Hoping that it will last a long time.

My wife and I needed a new drier, we found this for a great price. It is roomy and efficient, nice features. It does not have the regular noise when it finishes drying, it has a nice tone that my wife and I like. Very nice looking.
