I was a little apprehensive about this dryer because I thought it would be hard to use. Quite the opposite, it's a dream to use. So easy, its almost automatic. I love it.

The dual opening door is such an awesome design! This dryer is hands down the best bang for the buck. Simple settings and the ease of loading and operating is a breeze.

Our old washer and dry were front loaders and leaving nothing but smells behind. This new set has taken care of that issue and work great. We can wash more in a single load

Large drum to put plenty of laundry! Love the 2 way door and the light inside. Drying a king size quilt it did take 2 cycles but I think that would be normal

Originally they talked me into AMA tag that was garbage so I had to go back in I purchase the LG washer and dryer They are absolutely wonderful I love them

My old dryer die and I pick this one during black Friday sales. Glad I did. Dryer machine very quiet but I only had for about 1 week. I will do another review in 3months.

Sure wasn't expecting this machine to be so quiet! Beside the great drying accuracy, I can't even hear it even when I'm in the same room! Very user friendly.

This dryer was delivered and installed and tested by Best Buy. However shortly after the installers left, I tried to use the power button and it would only work some of the time. I had to press the "membrane" power button 20-30 times to get it to work. Best Buy arranged to swap it out a few days later with a replacement - and the replacement works perfectly. Best Buy's delivery and installation department is A++. This unit also has a nice feature that notifies your smart phone when the cycle is completed - no more loud buzzers at the end of the dry cycle. I would have rated the unit 5/5, except for the first unit being defective. I still fully recommend this dryer !!!

This dryer is top rate by Consumer Reports and my family is very pleased with it so far. Very glad we replaced our old dryer with this high performance model

I absolutely love it! Much bigger than our 12 year old dryer we just replaced and quick, too. I love being notified on my phone when it’s finished.

So fast, so easy to use. Zero complaints. I wish the Best Buy installers came with the right length vent tube during installation . That was the only downside.

We liked the LG washer and bought this when it went on sale. Delivery as promised. I vacuumed my vent duct before installation. Best Buy came as promised. Installation was professional and quick. Dryer works perfectly with Normal setting and sensor dry. Didn’t buy steam because of water connection and potential leaks. Dryer is full of steam and I can throw a wet washcloth if I want steam. I like LG controls on washer and dryer. We have LG TV and will buy another. Samsung refrigerator is a disappointment and needs a warranty to get repeated repairs.

It's really exciting to have a quality dryer that is energy efficient and sings to you. It plays a happy tune when done. we all love using it.

This LG dryer has just enough "bells and whistles" for needed options, but it is not complicated. It is quiet, and we love the dual-access door option.

Fun dyer! love the two different door opening options. Only con would be you have to choose the more dry option for it to fully dry the load.

Very happy with dryer. Holds a lot, functions much better than our previous front loader, and plays a tune when ready rather than a buzzer! Nice touch!

Works Great! I always use the Heavy Duty cycle to ensure the clothes dry completely as it turns off the Energy Saver which does nothing but blow cool air.

More for the simplistic, basic user. Nice and easy to use

Very large capacity so I can place many items in to dry at once. Sometimes on smaller loads items are not completely dry. It is different than the 18 year old dryer it replace. It will take a little while to adjust to this item
