Great value. Bought all with a LG vundle purchase, delivered on time. Will go to best buy for all major appliance purchases from here on out. Very good deal.

I’ve been using this dryer for six months, and unfortunately, it has stopped working properly due to an overly sensitive moisture sensor. The sensor frequently malfunctions and stops the drying process prematurely. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly multiple times, but the issue persists. At this point, doing laundry has become extremely frustrating and time-consuming
Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG DLE6100W electric dryer. We understand your situation, and we’re here to assist you.
The issue you're encountering with the moisture sensor prematurely ending cycles can often be attributed to residue buildup on the sensor bars. Even with regular cleaning, certain fabric softeners and dryer sheets can leave a film that's not easily removed with standard methods. We recommend gently cleaning the moisture sensor bars using a fine-grit sandpaper or a green Scotch-Brite pad to ensure all residues are eliminated.
Additionally, it's important to consider the size and composition of your laundry loads. Smaller loads or items made of similar materials can sometimes dry unevenly, leading the sensor to misread moisture levels. For such loads, using the manual timed dry setting can provide more consistent results.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you further. —Renzo

Great dryer, the auto-sensing dry is handy. It’s been problem-free, that’s all I can ask for!
