Our installers were great. They arrived on time, set up the dryer, and provided training. They also switched the washer and dryer positions as our washer's door could not be reversed. Finally, they carried the old dryer out of our basement even though we didn't pay for disposal. Great job guys!

This dryer was a reasonable price and fits the bill perfectly. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a reasonably priced dryer.

They were a bright spot in my day - professional, kind, and careful to protect the appliance and our home. The only delivery service that took the challenge of the third floor delivery in stride without a complaint. Great teamwork.

Best buy replaced the dryer and that dryer wouldn't heat. I am waiting on Best buy to come pick them up,so I can order a different set. Oh, I did contact LG, waited 2 wks for someone to contact me. Apparently they don't have any repair people in this area!! So, ordering this set for me was a waste of my money, and time. I have been dealing with these issues since I ordered the set on 01/03/26.
