The original LG dryer that I had to replace, was better and a bit higher tech. This one doesn't show you how long the dry time will take and I've noticed that the loads aren't always completely dry when the cycle is finished. For the price, it's a great brand and a decent dryer. But I was spoiled with my other one, and it was discontinued.

Both washer and dryer are easy to use, and appear to get the clothes clean and dry efficiently. The washer is especially spacious for the two of us. Both are quiet.

This is a great dryer. Love the drying sensor because the heat goes off and on but doesn’t delay drying time. Once the items are dry, it lets know and doesn’t keep functioning wasting energy. I’m very satisfied with this dryer’s efficiency and hoping in another 10 years, I still will be this satisfied.

My 15 year old dryer finally died! Needed a gas dryer quickly and Best Buy had this one available. I have only had it a week and I’m very pleased with my purchase, drys clothes quickly and thoroughly. Only thing there is no light inside the dryer(my other dryer had one)

the dryer itself was absolutely amazing, no complaints but the online/over the phone customer service was horrible. The dryer tho dried super fast and super well! i loved it! it fit so much clothes and control panel wasnt complicated at all

Just moved into new home and gas dryer was dead. I have had the best of luck with Best Buy and this was a great price for a replacement. Loving the large capacity and fast drying times. Perfect march to the LG washer I bought a few years ago!

It seems to work well. I am still learning how it operates. My only complaint is that it does NOT have an interior light. WHOEVER thought about this not being important?!?!?! Very stupid idea. I cannot see inside to get all the clothes out. Even in a bright laundry room, this light would be important. If I had known, I would never have purchased it. Of course, the floor modals are not plugged in, and this feature cannot be checked. VERY disappointed!

After several months of using this, I've finally figured out what dryer settings to use. It's quite different from my old dryer, but is working well. The dryer vent is problematic, to say the least! As recommended, I clean the vent after each load, but it still has lint coming out from the filter into the dryer and the area around the filter. This is the reason I didn't give a 5-star rating. I would suggest the manufacturer take another look at improving this.

Dryer works well, is quiet and is easy to operate! We don't need lots of different settings, so we chose the basic model, and are very happy with it so far.

Overall we're very happy with this dryer. It has a large capacity and plenty of options. The sensor drying takes a little getting used to before you get the settings correct so it dries effectively, but it's a great appliance.

Bought this dryer as it was getting too cold to air dry close. Im so pleased with the sensory drying! The clothes does not get overly dried. I also like the look. Easy installation

We love this dryer! We earlier had bought an LG Inverter Direct Drive Washer from Best Buy, which has been outstanding, so we again opted for LG for our gas dryer. (We did have to buy our own propane-to-gas converter kit, and arrange for our propane supplier to do the installation, but that wasn't that much of a bother at all.) Great product.
