It would turn on and run like normal, but the heat would not ignite. It has a year warranty. I called LG and went through their initial testing. Then they told me i needed someone to certifiy my gas was working properly and had the correct pressure. They refused to pay for this test and refused to consider sending anyone till after testing. I refused to pay for that service since my other gas appliances were working perfectly. They didnt care. I tried speaking to a supervisor. After waiting on hold for a half hour, I was told the supervisor would call me back. I’ve bought multiple LG products after glowing endorsements from Best Buy staff. But that experience wasted so much of my time and i was constantly shuffled from one rep to another, who all appeared to be at foreign call centers. I’m so disappointed.

Large Dryer with lots of features

No issues noticed but I did notice that it takes a while to DRY heavy loads. I am still going through the user manual so I may need to explore more. I had purchased Samsung previously from BestBuy and had it for 8 years. No issues. NOTE that using the settings that has Sensor feature may not work for everyone. First few loads did not dry after running for an hour so I had to switch to TIME DRY Option. I still need to figure out why it takes so long to dry large loads. I would hope this will last me more than 8 years. I have never had LG Washer/Dryer before so we'll see how this goes.

Great Gas Dryer

Replaced a very similar LG model I had for 15 years. This one is newer and is much better in drying, which I would expect. I dont need anything fancy, just dry the clothes, and provide some basic options.

We are have only used it a couple of times. I do have to set the dryer on more dry so the clothes are not damp when it is complete. Some of the heavier fabric need to be put back in for a little longer dry time.

Spin cycle works great and helps to minimize the time inside the dryer. I looking to many years of productive cleaning of my clothes. Thank you
