    Only pro to this dryer is the large capacity. Cons include stupid door that opens to the side! When you open the door all the socks, dryer balls, small items fall right on the floor. The lint tray is absolutely horrible. Dumbest design ive ever seen! Its folded, so when you open it, the lint wafts in your face. Then you have to peel off the lint over the trash. The settings make so sense. You either have a preset of 35 minutes or 1:03 minutes. If you want anything else, you have to select a bunch of buttons. The app feature is nice. But i also have an LG fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave so im familiar with the app. As others stated, the machine does the classic LG "song" after each cycle. You cant turn it off. I am returning this set.

    I love the new dryer and the fact that it tells me on my phone when my load is finished the only thing is i wish the normal dry dried a little better cause i have to put it on heavy load and also when i start the dryer it makes a humming noise but other than that i like it it

    THE UNIT WORKS GREAT, THE INSTALL VERY POOR, I HAVE A LITTLE LAUNDRY ROOM THAT THE WASHER AND DRYER GOES IN AND FITS BUT THE INSTALLER LEFT THE DRYER HANGING OUT NOT PUSHED TO THE BACK AND I CAN'T CLOSE THE DOOR TO THE ROOM IVE HAD A WASHER AND DRYER IN THAT ROOM FOR 29 YEARS AND I PAID FOR THE INSTALL NOT HAPPY AT ALL

    My previous gas dryer was also an LG. It lasted 10 years before the heat finally gave out. Sadly, it wasn't worth repairing. It had a lot of bells and whistles that I never used. This time I got a simpler model. I've used it for a month and I'm very happy with it.

    My old washer and dryer were 25 and 30 yrs old. Im new to this HE stuff. Dryer is super quiet and so far I love it!! Only had it for 2 weeks but it is great!!!

    Great Dryer !! great delivery experience !! There were many steps the delivery people had to climb bringing the dryer in, they did it expertly, and never complained about the amount of steps they had to go up !! It didn't take long for them to set it up, and they sure knew what they were doing. Highly recommend them !!

    Having 6 kids means I do a ton of laundry! This dryer is amazing! The smart features take the guess work out of if the clothes are dry or not.
