I just love my new washer and dryer. It has some amazing features. I can wash a large load up top and a smaller load on the bottom with the side kick.

The 1st dryer delivered was used with lint and particles; the 2nd was dented/scratched and the 3rd would automatically turn off after 2-3 minutes regardless of setting; only the manual option worked.

It's amazing how efficient this dryer is. The steam setting is a great way to get wrinkles out without needing to use an iron.

Love this dryer. Can't yet get the SMART function to work and spent some time in the manual. I'll call LG or Best Buy for guidance eventually. I used to manage and keep checking my drying laundry every 5-10 minutes with my old pair, but with this LG pair it has auto sensing everything. Not possible to over-dry though occasionally a few damp spots. I've only used my new washer and dryer for a month but so far pretty impressed. They're really elegant and stylish as far as design.

Had an old dryer with nothing fancy and upgraded to this unit and I am in love - it's so quiet and love the steam option

I’ve only had the appliances a couple weeks, but so far so good. Only gave it 4 stars because unless I’m doing something wrong, I’m not crazy about the fact that I can’t change the temperature on a majority of the settings. I was so used to being able to change the temp on my last dryer so that’s been an adjustment for me. I like to have the option to dry on low and this is restricting me in that department. I also noticed that there’s a “low temp dry” setting, but the preset is set to high temperature and you can’t change it!? Weird.

So far, so good. Fast, quiet & great options. Love the steam function.

I neded a dryer that was efficient. This one has all the cycles I was looking for. Quick and quiet. And in top, great price and very nice looking.

I am really impressed with this dryer. It has multiple functions and does a great job taking wrinkles out with the steam function.

Works great - Only disappointment is I am accidentally turning it on with my body by trying to reach a shelf above it. But it takes a 2nd button to start a load, so it's not a big deal.

I am sooooo happy to have a front load dryer! My clothes look and smell fresh, it's got a huge drum, and the Graphite Steel is gorgeous in my laundry room. I'm happy with my purchase!

Lots of cycles for whatever type of clothes you are drying. Love the ease of cleaning the filter. Everything comes out nicely and time seems shorter than I expected.

I've had it about a month now and haven't found anything I don't like about it. Features I particularly like: Audible alert to say "almost finished" so I can pull lighter items out and let heavier items continue to dry; the iOS app that tells my iPhone and Apple Watch when the cycle is finished; the super-efficient lint filter that traps the lint. I've used the refresh cycle once and liked it - that's the cycle where you put a dry item in and steam it to release wrinkles. I actually did it for my sheets and loved that the sheets went on the bed warm and unwrinkled.

After researching several different models from LG and others. We've had this model for over a month now and it is amazing.

This dryer has various dry levels and manual or sensor drying selections. Excellent product. Dries without shrinkage.

Absolutely love this dryer. I bought this because the heating element went out on my Samsung for the second time. I’ve had it for a month and it’s done great. I also like the design of the lent catcher. Seems like it will actually catch the lent unlike my Samsung. It allowed lots of lent to get caught in the ventilation pipes. So I highly recommend this dryer to anyone that’s tired of theirs.

I have to say, spending $3000 on these sets with everything is kinda pricy for me but I wanted to do it once and be done with it. I have yet to use the WIFI part of it.. I don't even know what it means honestly. but the only complaint I have is when i shut the door, it comes back out easily. nothing drastic.. but thats it. no other complaints.
