This dryer does a great job even on bulky items without having to dry more than one c cycle.

So far works great no problems. Seems comparable to the Samsung but for less money

I received this dryer and thought it was wonderful. That is until all of the straps on my sports bras came out ripped and my clothes mangled. It turned out the lent trap that you have to clean was broken. Contacted LG and the set up an appt to service but they give you an ALL day appt. I dont know about you but I need a tighter window than that. I guess I have no choice if I want dry clothes.

Wet clothes when placed in dryer and turned on come out dry.

Has a lot of options, and can even download and program more cycles . Definitely recommend the pedestal, because it sits very low. Very satisfied with product on installation make sure Best Buy installs doors the way you want . They have options to mount on either left or right side of unit.

We matched this dryer up with the companion washer. Both are excellent and energy efficient. You won't go wrong with this purchase. We had found that the LG laundry equipment have provided both quality and dependability.

Love both washer and dryer. Still not able to get the product hooked up with the wifi technology due to an LG system error with registering the product. However, clothes become super clean. Happy with the product.

Up until yesterday I felt this machine wash well built, but two years and six months later and we have a blown leaking water pump! This machine is not built to last like a Honda or Toyota!

I am still learning the specifics of this dryer, I find that a lot of times the clothes are still a bit damp when it first stops, so I am still on the learning curve to figure out how I need to set it to get the results I want. Overall fabulous though!

I absolutely love that this dryer has a rack to place inside so I can steam sanitize my child's toys or other items that can not be washed in the washing machine!!!

The good news is it works. The bad is that it takes a lot longer than expected. I've tried using the automatic drying cycle but it takes way too long for the process to complete (seems to be stuck in the drying process around the 10 minute mark). Using the manual drying cycle for about an hour still leaves me with damp clothes. This means I have to continue using the machine for longer, which of course means more energy usage. The machine also gets pretty loud because any clothes with a zipper ends up making a huge rattling sound when hitting the walls of the dryer.

Still be coming familiar with all of the options. We really like the fact that you can increase or decrease the amount of time, heat, etc.

This machine is quiet yet powerful. It gets the job done without sacrificing performance.

They showed up on time and installed the great washer and dryer for me - no hassle!

Good product from LG brand as expected no complaints and looks very modern as well
