The two delivery drivers were amazing! No problem there. And the store manager Valerie and associate Nicole at the Tuttle Best Buy were helpful too. However it took three months to receive the washer and dryer!!! After getting the complete runaround since mid-September I finally got my washer and dryer today. I told myself if they weren’t delivered today I was canceling my order. Hopefully I receive some type of compensation.

Looks great and has a quiet operation with a lot of capacity. Bought for my elderly parents and they could figure out how to use them, so the ease of use was a huge plus.

Looks great and functions. Heating time is quick. Capacity is algo great. We were not able to stack it with washer since our garage ceiling is low. But the fact that is possible could save a lot of space. Unfortunately we weren’t able to save that space. I would highly recommend it

It is a great dryer. It operates quietly, and the LG ThinQ smart connectivity offers many useful features and options. The lint filter needs to be cleaned after every load, which requires a little extra effort.

This dryer works well; however, there are a few issues I have had with it so far. The lint trap is horribly designed and makes it almost impossible to remove all the lint. This dryer also consistently gives a warning of lint blockage, which i know is not the case as I have since had my ducts cleaned. This is obviously a software issue and not a huge deal, but it is quite annoying when you spend this much on a dryer.

The dryer is sleek looking, quiet yet powerful, and can handle a lot. Easy to set up and use and has nice mobile smart features.

This is our second LG dryer. The first one lasted over 8 years and there was nothing wrong with it when we replaced it. The washer needed to be replaced and we wanted a matching set with the pedestals. I highly recommend the pedestals as this raises the unit 14" and is much easier to unload. There are many features that we have not used and you do need to download the LG app to get software updates and to active some of the features. This is not ideal but this is way all these units are going now so you get used to it. I do like that I know when the washer and dryer cycles are completed as you get a notification via the app. We have only had these a little over a month but so far we are very pleased with them.

Best in the market. Very aesthetic with a lot of good functional features 10 year manufacture warranty can’t go wrong with that.

I got this dryer along with my washer and it has been nothing but amazing. I got the pedestal to go with it as I got the pedestal washer as well and it’s awesome to have for storage, but the dryer itself is amazing and all you have to do is just clean out the filter and make sure to keep the rubber area clean but otherwise it’s been well worth the money.

Got mine in graphite steel color, looks like a piece of art in my laundry room. Found dry times at least 7-10 min less than my GE Profile Harmony. Recomends no dryer sheets and for the past month haven't used any and clothes come out pretty much wrinkle free.
