I’m extremely pleased with my LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. Stackable Smart Electric Dryer. It handles large loads with ease and dries clothes quickly and thoroughly. The built-in intelligence takes the guesswork out of drying by adjusting settings automatically, while the steam feature is perfect for reducing wrinkles and refreshing clothes. The smart connectivity is incredibly convenient—I can start, monitor, and get notifications about my laundry directly from my phone. I started out needed to buy a washer and decided on this brand and wanted a matching dryer. I have to say that I'm impressed with this dryer. Who'd thought steam in a dryer was something that important, but it's amazing. It not only help with wrinkles, but keeps your clothes fresh and what a nice feature for a light touch up. It dries my clothing perfectly no matter what I'm drying. The wifi is awesome. Lets me monitor my drying cycle, control it from my smartphone and sends me notifications when my dryer is done and sends updates of how the dryer is preforming.

This dryer is a great match to the washer and has an interchangeable door to allow a left or right hand swing, the washer was a fixed right hand swing, so we were forced to have the washer sitting to the left of the dryer. I had to make the switch myself after the installers said they couldn’t do it with a lame excuse. I’m glad I pulled them out to see that they didn’t install the dryer cord and washer drain correctly! Water supply hoses, drain hose, power cords and dryer vent hose were all plenty long enough to accomplish this. Make sure you follow the installation instructions and recommendations to avoid any issues. I did have to jimmy rig the dryer cord to protect the wires. They were not properly installed by either the factory or by the 3rd party installers ( see photos of my jimmy rig repair). So word of warning, not all 3rd party installers are professionals!

Love them! Got a great deal for Memorial Day too! This washer and dryer set cleans perfectly and is very quiet in my opinion. I have not yet set it up to WiFi but excited to start using that feature soon. The washer has a funny smell cause it is so new I think but I just add extra soap and softener for now. The color is beautiful and the delivery guys were great, super careful when bringing it upstairs.

We were in need of a dryer and according to Consumer Magazine LG was one of the top electric dryers. 13 days after we purchased BB had the exact dryer on sale. I went to the store & they matched the sales price. Great PR. Everything is sensor driven so it takes a little getting used to; but I really like it. It is really quiet. It has numerous cycles I haven't learned yet. But so far a great buy.

Took a while to get use to all the great features but once we did it beats my old Kenmore hands down. Love the added steam. If you don’t like ironing try it, you will love it.

First I’d like to point out I was hesitant on the white machines but they look really sleek and clean just how a laundry room should look. Also white was a better discount! I love how simple my machine works. It doesn’t run to loud either. When I take my clothes out of the washer they don’t come out super wet like other washers. I love how the washer and dryer can sense how much water to use and how long it takes to dry your clothes. When the load finishes the music it plays is not noisy or annoying! Very efficient machines and I would purchase the same exact ones again if I were to move.

This dryer eliminated our need to go to the dry cleaners. This is awesome. I hope it has a problem-free future. I will update this if any issues arise.

Washes well and easy to clean! Use it multiple times a day! Many great settings!

6 months ago I purchased this dryer with the Samsung washer WM400HBA. These appliances are loaded with customizable features that reduce wash/dry times. Best part is the washer & dryer communicate through the ThinQ app. Use the delicate wash cycle and the dryer auto adjusts to the delicate dry cycle! Best Buy price, delivery, installation service, and haul away were top notch.

Fantastic! The large size is great! Now I am able to dry extra large loads, (including quilts), easily! LOVE The steam feature too! The direct waterline connection for the steam feature is brilliant, eliminating the need to add water to a compartment each time!! Also purchased the matching LG 5.0 SMART FRONT LOAD WASHER, and 2 laundry pedestal drawers! Perfect combination!!

They look great and so far they work great. We are very happy with our choice. We do recommend the Pedestals because they make your laundry life a lot easier

The dryer is very nice. Had a Maytag set for 15 plus years. i like the fact that it senses how long to dry clothes. Everything i have put in dryer thus far has always come out dry (based on what it senses & on normal cycle) ..granted, it has not been quite two months, but I like what i have thus far...as a note bought at outlet...even more savings

Fantastic dryer. The only thing I am upset about is that the bestbuy team members didn’t tell me I needed a water hook up for this machine because it is steam. Such a pain that I had to go get hookups myself. And they argued with me on the phone saying I didn’t need them. It say right in the manual I need it!

So far so good. Great washer and dryer pair. LG seems to hold up pretty good. Wanted to have a matching pair so I purchased both though the dryer still works. The reason for the upgrade is that my other LG washer finally gave up after 10 years, which was purchased from BestBuy October 2010.

Love the washer and dryer. They have done a great job on washing the clothes clean. I personally prefer the front loader than a top loader. Just love the color! But they could make the front glass not so dark so you can watch the clothes wash.

Very sleek look, quiet and efficient. Love the tampered glass.

This is a replacement for a LG I bought from BestBuy in 2005. It needed to be replaced due to a house fire, otherwise it was still totally functional. Great Machines, have another one at main house.
