This dryer works great. Its super quiet. Easy install.

We really like this dryer, it works great. The whole process of getting from Best Buy was a very enjoyable experience. From talking to Tom at the store to having the two young men that brought it to our home, installed it and hauled our old one away. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people there.

Overall, this dryer is great for what we need it for. Two reasons why I give this product 4 stars. 1) As some have pointed out, it may take 2-3 cycles to completely dry some bigger loads/loads with towels in them. While its not a huge inconvenience because you can select a timed dry (20-40-60 minute options), it is a little annoying because you would think in 2019-2020 that you wouldn't have to run the same load multiple times. Never had that issue with our previous dryer (which was at least 15 years old). 2) While this may not really pertain to the dryer, the app for LG is not great to check on your laundry. This is definitely a first-world problem/complaint, but if you are paying extra to get the Wi-Fi enabled dryer so that you can use the app on your phone, it should work. I also tried connecting the dryer to our Amazon Alexa and that was giving me issues as well. Other than those two small issues, we have had no other problems so far!

Wanted washer and dryer that we could stack & because we did'nt want to takes classes on how to use them as they are getting out of hand with technology , we found these were easy to use and not over complicated , made wife very happy !! So i'm happy! LOL!!

Possibly because my old dryer was sooo old but I've never been happier with the drying ~ clothes are done when they're dry not when I say so and they're super easy to fold. No need for additives or dryer sheets

What an upgrade from our previous LG Dryer. IT works better and while we thought the WI-Fi enabled feature would be silly it really is a great feature. We can be outside and now know when the laundry is done.

Purchased in July 2019. The only issue that I am having is that clothes in the normal cycle are not drying and coming out a bit on the damp side. Drying in other settings works well. Wish that the panel lit up when trying to set settings. I have to use a flashlight.

Previously we had an LG that lasted over 14 years, so decided to stick with the same brand. It was easy to hook up so, saved on the installation charge. We haven't used all the features yet, but the options we have use, can't complain.

We have purchased LG products in the past and will continue to purchase LG, as we feel they provide high quality products. They are also fairly easy to operate.

Great, on time service, but... It was buying a gas cloth dryer, with delivery and installation: full service. Delivery was done perfectly and on time, except, before the delivery time they forgot to tell me (there was communication held all time before delivery time) that there is a need for buying a gas connector, since this is not included in the product; so, it was not installed after delivery despite it was paid for. I have done it myself. However, about a month later, yesterday, they called me to schedule for installation He he he ha ha ha hoo hoo hoo. (I don't claim the amount I paid for installation).

Our LG washer and dryer are great!. They have all the features I need, in a large capacity dryer, but without a huge footprint! We have LG appliances in other products, and have never had a problem.

Love the LG washer and dryer! It's a worry free task with the Wi-Fi notification. Clothes are coming out of the dryer at the exact temperature and wrinkle free. Fantastic results for me.

Does what it is supposed to do. The lint catcher is more durable. Dries clothes quicker than the available time on the timer is needed. It is nice that it is stackable with the washer - space saver.

Purchased for my mother and she is completely happy with it. BestBuy installation was smooth and there were no issues. Installation was on time and they even showed my mother how to use.

The product is working pretty good so far and the 2 mexicanguys that came out to deliver and install the item were very quick and knowledgeable on installation.

We love our LG washer and dryer. So quiet. The only change I would make is make the digital controls bigger or lighter as a little hard to read. Other than that a great washer and dryer.

Great front loader for the price. the gas version dries quickly. one of the best front loaders for the price

What a great looking dryer to go with the matching washer. It’s in a condo and looks so nice they don’t mind keep the doors open to the niche. Very good.

Not my favorite dryer, but it does get the job done. I like that it can handle a large load of towels without an issue.
