Needs cleaning often.

Before it would be once every 6 months, now it's closer to once a month. If you don't clean it out, performance is severely impacted. FlowSense is helpful at telling when this happens, once you know what the LCD code is.

Good product and price, poor installation.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product and prices were great, but these products are not part of Best Buys core wheelhouse so the installation process was a hassle with two inappropriate crews sent before a final semi-competent installer was sent (he installed the washer but not the dryer, insisting we need a plumber when all he really needed was to know that you need two wrenches to unhook the old dryer off the gas line, one to stabilize the pipe and the other to turn). This process took three weeks as each time a crew came and left we had to schedule a new service. Also it should have been made clear when we ordered the product that separate parts were needed.

(Samsung is a few inches deeper and the control panel is slanted away from the front so if you are not over 6'2" its hard to see the dryer control if you stack the units, best on the market for the price!!
