Very good dryer. The only thing I noticed is that the door seems loose/not sealing well. Had a Best Buy guy come in to check, he thought that our Best Buy delivery guys may have bent it(as they dented the washer). He said it's not easy to replace the door as it is damaged in shipping and to just leave it. Not sure I like that answer, but otherwise works

Honestly, a great dryer. Love that Alexa can tell me when my dryer is done so I don’t have to go multiple times checking if it’s done. Also, love that it’s super quiet and even has a light to see at night.

The Dryer is very quiet and seems to be efficient.

This is an excellent product. The dryer has several settings specifiallly for towels, delicates, bedding, etc. However, this is a replacement for the same model which did not make it to 5 years. Also, the washer that was a mate stopped working 4 months before the dryer. I replaced the washer in ‘graphite steel. However, when I purchased the new dryer in graphite steel, I discovered that the colors did not match. It might seem insignificant. However, for the price of the item one would think it would last more than 5 years and that the company could properly match the colors. In any event, the delivery and set up team were great. They also confirmed that to repair the old one (if one could get parts) would probably cost several hundred dollars. The risk of not knowing how long the repair would last, necessitated a new purchase, I think if this pair stops working prior to 5 years , I am going to switch brands. I like LG products. However, they don’t make them like they use to, I would add that prior to my last two purchases, I had an LG washer and dryer set in “candy apple red” that lasted over 10 years! Unfortunately, they don’t make them like they use to!

Love it. My close are drying faster and not being over baked. Clean interface. Love the blue tooth connection so I know when loads are done. Haven't tried the steam setup yet. The install for steam only require 1 extra part.
