Great ventless dryer. Plenty of drying options and customizability for dryness/energy consumption and clothes come out as desired. Drain hose is not very big so it fit next to my washer drain without issue. Cleaning out the lint traps isn't difficult at all. Very quiet operation and significant power usage reduction. Large capacity means no having to split washer loads. Drying time can vary depending on energy settings (energy saver = longer dry times) but the higher energy use settings can get the dry times down within two hours if a quick experience is needed every now and then. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a ventless/energy efficient solution.

Honestly so impressed, I specifically wanted a ventless dryer to improve my home’s HVAC performance and this is a great one. Drying times are longer (2hrs for towels vs 1hr), however I do hang a lot of things so I do the dryer’s load first and it’s been fine. By design, the heat pump is a softer, more even heat so it’s more gentle on your clothes too. If you have an electric dryer already then it’s the same plug and the heat pump uses a lot less electricity. If you have gas, well then this is an impressive model to convert to.

I bought this unit to replace an existing vented dryer. It works fine and the app is nice but it does take longer to dryer than a traditional vented dryer. The enegry use is less than a 1/3 of the previous dryer which is great. The damp feel as clothes comes out of the dryer takes some getting used to. We will see how it holds up over time. I have heard a ventless heat pumo dryer will have a better lifespan over the current generation of all-in-ones.

Dryer works great. Takes longer to dry than our old electric dryer, but uses a 1/4 of the wattage for a whole cycle

It's great overall. It takes a touch longer to dry but your clothes do come out softer. Easy to use like all LG electronics and it's convenient that it is ventless as it gave us some wiggle room where to place it in our laundry area. My only criticism would be the installation instructions in the written manual and the fact that the company that Best Buy contracts out to deliver and install, installed it incorrectly - water all over the basement laundry room; they put the drain hose on the wrong connection and didn't cap off the vent port with the black rubber cap. Additionally, the manual for the newer LG heat pump shows you where to place the hose but does not tell you to cap off the vent on the open port. Just a heads up: Look at the back of the dryer to make certain the drain hose is connected on the correct port and that the other port/vent is capped off with the included black rubber cap.
