I really like this TV so far. It’s the Mini LED technology and the picture is bright and vibrant even in our main living room with the big window opened up and the sun shining in. Our past TVs were barely visible under the bright light of the sun. This TV, perfectly clear image.

Bought the TV as an open box "excellent" condition unit, only to find the screen was broken. Return process from Best Buy involved an extra hour of driving to complete the return.

Wish I'd gone with another Samsung tv

Within a month the screen started randomly going black. Turn it off and back on comes back but this is annoying. Wish I'd gone with another Samsung, LG sucks

David was awesome & extremely helpful. That's where the food ends. The TV, itself is probably about 50lbs heavier than the others for it's size, which we were not aware of. It arrived with no feet & no manual. I am not happy because I no one wants to hang it, therefore I hate it.

Best Buy Open-Box Items are junk. LG makes a good TV but absolutely never buy open-box.

Patient Yet Frustrated

Three older conscientious adults hung the TV making sure to keep our hands away from the screen. Plugged it in! And it spider webbed on the screen from approximately one foot in from the lower left portion of the screen!!! Needless to say I have no tv! Removed it from the wall. And filed a claim/case number with Best Buy 1-800 number. Stated I would contacted within 24-48hours. Almost 72 hours later and I've yet to hear from anyone. Frustrating. I know its the holidays. Hopefully My Wife & I will be receiving a call and a new tv shortly...

I waited on this order for over a week and on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I called and got the message that it was on backorder. I will not ever order again.

LG is the lowest quality tv brand sold!

I purchased this tv new on Jan 25, 2025. I had to really fight with myself before purchasing since the last LG tv I purchased lasted a few days past a year. This tv had everything I was wanting specs wise, and the price made me take another chance on LG. I still thought of them as one of the upper class tv's. I get home the other day, and the will not power on. Customer service is a joke with Best Buy and LG. Sending someone to repair it instead of replacing it. if it's already having issues in only 6 months, I don't feel confident it's going to last. I'll never buy an LG tv again or anything from Best Buy.
