The first one I got it was broken than I took it back to the Beaumont and they said they couldn’t not return it made me drive to Murrieta and people where rude there. We got another on and the tv is amazing it was more of the stores the customer service and the tv is very fragile.
I would recommend this to a friend

As a general troubleshooting and maintenance tip for the screen, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the screen. If you encounter any stubborn spots, dampen the cloth lightly with water only. Never spray any liquid directly onto the TV screen or frame, as the glass on these large units can be sensitive to liquid ingress, which can cause damage. Don't know. It was broken when I tried to install it. And Best Buy won't let me return it since it has been 14 days.
