The TV was delivered to me on March 6th. I was very happy with everything until April 13th when the picture became gray and distorted. Needs a new motherboard! A ONE MONTH OLD TV NEEDS A NEW MOTHERBOARD! Smh

Hi FloJoe, I definitely understand your concern! Are you measuring diagonal, corner to corner? That is the standard on all televisions. Great bargain 75” TV

Was surprised to find a 75” ultra 4K TV for under $1k so took the risk and ordered sight unseen. So far, so good. It’s not an OLED obviously but compared to the much higher-end 55” Samsung it is replacing I have no complaints. Great contrast, better black levels, much higher resolution, and the webOS apps actually work very well. The controls are intuitive, though the remote feels a little cheap. Not a big deal, will be using a Harmony remote anyway. 3x HDMI is plenty for my needs, and it has a LAN port if you’re a hardwire nut like me. So far it has been a good bargain.

I purchased this tv last night and installed this morning so please kee that in mind :). The tv is huge and the picture is really nice. I was scared because I couldn’t find any reviews and buying it online is not typically something I would do. I just couldn’t pass up the deal. We are watching Star Wars and I was impressed with everything I saw. Our living room is VERY bright. We have a two story wall off windows so the only downfall is there is a pretty big glare. It was on our old tv too but it seems larger. Guess larger tv so that could be why. Either way for the price, picture and sound I would definitely recommend buying. I’ll update this review in the future if I’m able.

This is a really good Tv. It has all the features your looking for, some you didn’t even know you needed.
The good:
Screen resolution, clarity, sharpness with 4K and 1080p signals.
Refresh rate (no motion artifacts)
Built in WiFi and wired Ethernet
Built in web channels (lots of fun exploring them)
Built in Hulu/YouTube/amazon video/vudu/ and more.
Sound quality is very good (fake surround is, well, fake)
Size is big, and big is good.
And webOS is good enough for most of you web needs.
The bad:
Screen could be brighter
Menus take a little getting used to
Remote is basic, but does the job
The ugly:
Still haven’t been able to get Alexa to see/connect with the tv or visa vers.
Overall this is worth the price (as long as it stays at or around 1k). It is big, it is clear, it is loud if you want. Has enough connections for the average user (3 hdmi, 2 component, 1 composite, 1 usb), the stand is a bit tall and takes up more space than needed, but if you use a sound bar, the height is a welcomed thing. The sound on the tv is good enough for the average living room (20x20 is mine). Your friends will be impressed when they see the big game or movie on the big screen.
I have had several big screens and this is as good as any.

I've been searching, researching and going back and forth whether I wanted to get a 70+ TV or not. The price scale jumps so dramatically once you get above 65. That being said, LG has had a great track record the past few years and after looking the past few months, this deal was bound to come. Folks, you're not going to get a better TV for the size, not to mention tech/features at 75inch for $999.
As far as tech and features, this doesn't have the smart remote or other gimmicky sales tools of the higher priced models but it's essentially the same panel and processing power you're going to get before spending $1,600+. If you're going to use a smart device or alexa, it's not worth spending the extra cash for those.
Full HDR support which was the main thing I was looking for, easy calibration and setup. I had it narrowed down to a Sharp at 75 and Sony at 70 (both inferior panels) for similar price points. No cons to report of other than if you want the gimmicky backlighting and shut-off of pixels with OLED, go ahead and spend the extra $1,000+, that price point within 1-1.5 years is going to be cut in half. The recent report out on OLED models is LED burn after limited hours/usage which doesn't fair well for any of the brands.
You can also get this same model at 70 inches for $699 (ends black friday) which is an incredible deal that I promise you WON'T see again, for a long time. And no...I'm not a Best Buy sales person.

Had read a variety of reviews on-line (Amazon, CNET) and decided to go for it on this 75" 4K TV from LG. Have not been disappointed in the slightest. The picture quality is sharp - my family can't believe how real the characters in Avatar look and watching some of the NBA games in 4k is surreal.
The set-up of this TV was super easy and took less than 60 minutes. The biggest challenge - at 75", it's a little difficult to position and move - definitely have two people. Love how easy this LG makes it on getting into Netflix - just easy.
Purchased for $999 and believe that was an excellent price - definitely feel there is tremendous "value for the money".

Just bought this beast 2 days ago and love it! I am upgrading from a 46" Sharp that I have had for at least 10 years. So this t.v. looks like a mammoth in my living room! Great picture and I'm still trying to tweak settings, as I watched some football yesterday and some of the action was blurry. Hoping I can clean that up some. But so far, aside from the football action, love this especially for the price, compared to similar sized t.v.'s

We purchased this TV on Black Friday sale and feel we got a good deal. It has a nice picture, not crazy though about the remote...too small and hard to find buttons on it in the dark room. The TV is a nice size, doesn't seem overly large (went up from a 60 but can't tell that much), but do notice a larger feel to it than our 60". Color is just OK...in some screens or shows seems very vibrant and others seem a tiny bit dull but it might be our settings also. Picture is very clear but some screens in shows have the credits/names etc. off the edges, so could also be a setting we haven't found. Has pretty good sound "on" the TV...actually turned off our sound bar and use the TV sound instead. In summary, no regrets, so far so good for the $1000.00 price tag we paid.

Got a great deal on this 4K smart TV, 75” for our livingroom. Wall mounted, it’s huge but was surprisingly light and we were able to mount it ourselves with no problem. The picture quality is amazing and set up was very easy, as I’m not the most tech savvy person.

I seen this TV at my local best buy and couldn't pass on the offer. 75 inch, 4k TV and for the price was a steal. I was skeptical at first but when i mounted the TV and picture came on i was sold. Clear crisp image, UHD option, easy to mount, good sound if no sound bar but will also recommend for better sound quality, and nice menu interface.

I cannot say enough about this TV. Bought this on the pre Black Friday sale for $999. We upgraded each room to a larger TV and this 75” replaced a 60” TV on the wall which went into the Master Bedroom. The picture is beautiful and crisp and the color is awesome. The sound is what is amazing. We have a great ZVOX Soundbar that we kept with the new TV because in past experience, big screen TVs have horrible sound like our other 2 TV’s do. We tested the sound on this TV before setting up the ZVOX because we had read this had very good speakers and Ultra Surround with 7 virtual channels plus there are 5 speakers in the front that face downward. The sound is incredible! Finally a big screen TV where you don’t need a Soundbar. If you get it set just right, you hear every little sound and it feels like sound is coming from all angles like a true surround system does. LG offers different sound adjustments so check each one out. You won’t need any additional sound bars or speakers for this TV which is quite unusual for a big TV.

This TV is excellent. Great picture and a little on the heavy side but still ok to mount. It is a little thicker but get a good mount. The sound is excellent. No need for a sound bar. Remote is just ok but a lot of awesome features. Great picture and overall very satisfied!

After 1 year of owning this TV, it's a great bang for your buck. Plenty of color options, HD digital output and so far the color is amazing since day 1!
The TV is fairly fast switching between apps such as hulu, netflix, youtube and my 4k player. To take full advantage is to also buy a true 4k player.
Downside (my own error) is the 60hz. I don't watch football, but for movies when there is something moving super fast, it gets blurred due to the low 60hz, but that's my error not the TV.
Overall, i have this paired with a true 4k player, 4k receiver and it's amazing. Seems like there are some quality issues with other buyers, so keep that in mind for extended warranty.

Very confusing looking at the TV’s in the store. Trying to pick the best picture. All the tv’s are in a little different light. 75 inch tv’s from $1000-$7000. What features are worth more?
I liked the picture on the LG and it was the cheapest. I was hoping I would not regret it as I bought two of them. Once installed they are terrific. I’m glad I didn’t pay more. You could pay more for more features like built in Alexa or Google, thinner screens, more features but I am so happy with this one. Glad I didn’t pay twice or three times the price. Unless you have to have the best like OLED or every bell and whistle (and willing to pay much more). This tv is great.

I purchased this model on the Black Friday preview for $999. This is the first TV I've ever purchased site unseen and so far, so great. Picture is amazing. Absolutely amazing actually, especially in 4K. Wow!
Sports look pretty great. I watched a hockey game last night and it was flawless. The only exception would be football highlights that I've seen so far on ESPN. The grass looks fuzzy and not as clear. However, this could be because I haven't hung it on my wall and at the proper distance to where I'll be watching it. Regardless, it's still a fantastic tv that I'm completely satisfied with.
It is enormous and I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone. Time will tell how reliable it is though. That's my only worry as this is my first LG TV.

I got this TV on black Friday for $1000, overall for the price I paid, I'd say this TV was an absolute steal. The size, and image is fantastic for what I paid.
My only complaints are small, but here they are
1: the TV regularly forgets my wifi password after updates and I need to reconnect.
2: the wifi remote on your phone is incredibly laggy, it should be an awesome feature but it lags out when trying to navigate the touch cursor on the phone.
3: the image can appear a bit washed out on super dark scenes, but it's not a huge issue.
4: only 3 HDMI ports
5: the TV sometimes forgets my HDMI settings, so when I change devices it sometimes resets, and, for example, goes back to having the "soap opra" effect.
Other than those small caveats the TV is fantastic.

So far I have no complaints about the television. It’s a nice size for an affordable price! The picture quality is actually decent, I was nervous when I was comparing the refresh speed, but so far so good.
