    After 2 months and 3 scheduled visits my original issue has not been addressed. I am now scheduled for almost another month out which is totally ridiculous. If Geek Squad still has a chance to go from 2 stars to one by the time this is resolved.

    Put up your own tv no Geeks

    The first time geeks came to my house they broke my mount on the wall. It took 2 weeks for them to come back out again. I had to purchase another mount . When they put up the tv the guy was in a rush and broke the first mount. When they came the 2nd time and put the tv up they were suppose to hide the wires . I paid a electric man to come put a out let behind the tv so they woukd be able to hide the wires. I could have put up my own tv.

    NO MLB TV APP

    The TV is slow in loading the apps you have installed and it doesn't support MLB TV app which is one reason I purchased the TV. Now I have to use a Roku box to watch MLB.

    Poor quality TV

    Motherboard fried in less than 20 days, Bestbuy refused to exchange because of their 14 days policy, took LG 2 weeks to send a technician over to fix the issue. Poor quality, would go back to Samsung for my next TV. Will not buy from best buy as well because of the 14 days return policy.

    Nice tv except it only has 2 hdmi ports. This is something I will definitely note in the future when purchasing a tv.

    Not a fan at all. Most apps arent able to be downloaded. Error messages most of the time. 30 out of 100

    Do not purchase warranty, it is pointless.

    Purchased this tv and wasn’t told the HDMI’s didn’t work. I purchased the warranty with it, geek squad came out and said it was a manufacturer error. Refused to fix it and only give me my money back even though I cannot get another TV in that price range.

    Very slow TV, even the standard menu is buggy. Long delays, can't load everything. And most importantly, when I download a 4K movie to a USB flash drive. The TV is buggy and cannot produce 4K in 2023. Cool! I repeat, it is impossible to produce 4K video from a flash drive without bugs and jerks.

    I bought this TV for my living room specifically to watch UFC events however the ESPN app isn’t available for Lg TVs. I then tried screening it from my phone but it stops screening after every round which is extremely annoying! I wish I would have noticed in time to return it.

    Dumb smart TV

    Terrible. Picture quality is okay, but the connectivity/smart TV aspect of the TV is non existent. It will be “unable to connect” while connected nine times out of ten. I watch TV on this TV by using an HDMI and my laptop. Would never make this purchase again. Gigantic waste of money.

    HomeKit and Wifi doesn’t work

    Received TV broken and no one will answer the Customer Service Line. One call I stayed on hold for 45:00 mins plus and no one never answered. Just go to Walmart.
