Bought this Tv 1/1/24. Did not buy the protection plan and on 3/17/24, a geek squad repairman came out only to find out that the back light in the LED screen went out and now i have a 75” piece of junk because it would be more to repair screen than to just buy a new one.. COMPLETE WASTE OF $1,000!! DO NOT EVER BUY!!!….. Purchasing nothing but Sony from now on cause LG and Samsungs are COMPLETE JUNK!!!!

i bought it 6 months ago a tv lg UR9000 at bestbuy MAYFIELD and i haven't use it for a month then when i open it today. a stripe vertical bundles appear in almost at the middle of the screen. i never hit it or never do physical damage with it. NOW I CALLED BESTBUY MAYFIELD and they just CARE if your under there with pay warranty. BESTBUY DOESN'T CARE AFTER YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM THEM. I'm a regular costumer, i bought my TV, Speakers, cellphone, drone from them and i have an Credit card from them but now I am not gonna buy any products at bestbuy

Picture is excellent, TV offers lots of features, such as free movies. Disney, Netflix, amazon prime ect. Down side is when cable box reboots you have to reset the TV also I don't like having to use two different remotes.

I love this tv, picture quality is amazing. I love the interactive features. This is the second one I have bought in 3 months, thank to the careless movers at You Move Me in Lenexa cracking my screen on the one I got 7/20/2025. And the company refuses to replace or pay for it. Out the money but loved the tv so I had to repurchase it. Best Buy always right on time with delivery and installations of you need it. We also just bought 2 refrigerators from them as well, and couldnt be happier

This TV is a bit old now but I got it for dirt cheap so I am not complaining. It does the job. The image, colors looks great and it sounds fantastic as well. The UI is a bit slow compared to my LG OLED but not going to complain about it when I spent a quarter of the price of the OLED. We’ll see how long this TV lasts but I’ve had it for over 3 months now and it’s been great so far.

It was my husband’s Christmas gift, he loves it ! Great quality and I love the fact that it doesn’t generate a lot of heat.

Nice picture although its average - nothing spectacular considering the price. The remote goes into some sort of Wii mode when you go to certain menus or hit the scroll button wrong. The worst part? The remote and response time to the buttons you push is horrific. It literally sometimes takes 10 seconds for the tv to respond to the command from the remote. Annoying. I’d pick my TCL Roku tv over this any day of the week.

Great picture, clear sound, easy to operate. Only thing I don’t like is the remote scroll mouse, but can change to click moves, just need to do each time you use remote, which is a pain

This TV has very good colors and design, it is also quite fast with games. It is a very good purchase to liven up your home.
