Great TV. Only thing I don’t like is that it goes to commercials if you just have it on the app page.

Problematic TV. A few months old and constant issues. Shuts off, memory errors when watching a program. Disconnects from network. Don’t recommend at all… Factory resets, updates not helping.

Hi, Daniel. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG TV (OLED77B5PUA) model. We understand the importance of having a TV that performs reliably, especially when it’s only a few months old.

Power interruptions, memory errors, and network drops can sometimes be linked to external factors. One helpful step is to unplug the TV for at least 60 seconds, then plug it directly into a wall outlet (not a power strip) to reset the power supply and clear temporary system data. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-OLED77B5PUA.AUS. If the issues continue, we’d be glad to take a closer look. Please send us an email at [email protected] so we can assist you further. ^Juvy LG

I couldn’t be happier with my new LG OLED TV—it’s easily the best television I’ve ever owned. The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The perfect blacks and infinite contrast make every scene look incredibly lifelike, whether I’m watching movies, sports, or streaming my favorite shows. Colors are rich and vibrant without looking oversaturated, and the clarity is jaw-dropping, even in dark scenes where other TVs usually struggle. The design is just as impressive as the performance. It’s ultra-thin, sleek, and modern, making it a true centerpiece in my living room. Setup was quick and straightforward, and LG’s webOS interface is smooth, intuitive, and fast. Switching between apps like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube feels effortless. Overall, the LG OLED TV delivers premium quality in every way. It’s an investment, but absolutely worth it for anyone who values top-tier picture, performance, and design.

Picture and sound quality are great for this TV. It is replacing a 15 yo plasma tv in the basement family room which tends to be a bit darker. We have not played around with the various settings for picture options as the standard setting works well clear, great color saturation and contrast, plenty bright. It is also much thinner and lighter than the old TV so we can maneuver it with greater ease. We had assistance from our son with the set up. It all seems soooo much easier than the last time we did this! Very pleased with this purchase and competitive pricing from Best Buy.

Great picture, sound* and easy-ish setup. I upgraded from a Samsung q60 about 2 years old, 65". I had no "complaints" as such, but the Christmas sale sold me. Install to the wall was easier than expected, this TV is actually lighter than the 65" Samsung. The top is very thin, be careful. The only bug here is the HDMI ports are not parallel to the screen, they're perpendicular; They insert facing the wall, so if your TV mount is close to the wall, this could be a problem for you. Next up was connecting the cables, configuring and sound system. Cables were minimally troublesome due to mount and wall clearance, but the on screen configuration is where it got a little weird. We followed the on screen setup, and had to change later. We're using a Yamaha A2A 7.1 with Atmos capable speakers & Dish TV. EARC worked right away, however, the on screen sources were different from our connections. Once we figured this out, we had to reconnect the HDMI cable. This helped sync everything up. Now we have the selectable input. Apps downloaded for Amazon, Netflix, Apple - and we got some 4k w/ Atmos shows. We were very happy with the upgrade. One oddity we haven't quite figured out, while we are watching through the TV apps, if we pause, we get periodic sound from Dish. Aside from the weird menu input situation, it was not terribly difficult to configure. All in all, 4.75 out of 5.

Great TV. The picture is great and no issues. I dont care for the interface to much and it is hard to switch HDMI inputs. I may not be looking in the correct area but would like a 1 touch switch not a scroll around till i find it on the screen.

This is an excellent television. I compared it against the other LG OLED panels, as well as against the competing Samsung and Sony TVs, but the LG B5 couldn't be beat on price. The negative I read from a lot of reviewers was a lack of brightness compared to the C and G models, but I haven't experienced this. The colors are incredibly crisp, blacks are incredibly deep, and this is by far the best TV that I've ever owned. While the color generation may be improved as you move into the higher-end panels, this is a significant upgrade over most of the QLED TVs and a tremendous upgrade if you're coming from a standard LCD or LED TV. You won't be disappointed, if you're considering this TV, just get it!

After initially purchasing a defective tv Best Buy sent out another one. We love the clear picture, ease of use features and the sleek design. We chose to decline in home set up and decided to do it ourselves. It was simple to set up (even though we are not techies).

The picture is fantastic. I haven't got the sound system set up yet so right now we're using the television's own speakers and they are much better than I had expected. The only real negative is the remote control. I don't use the internal smart capabilities but use an external AppleTV. Controlling the input to switch it to an HDMI was ridiculous - I still don't know how I did it; there isn't a simple input button on the remote so I tried everything and eventually it switched. The remote also has an absurd pointer that moves around the screen as you move the remote, an example of technology for technology's sake which makes the whole thing much more difficult to use. It switches itself back to the smart interface sometimes but fortunately since I had previously used the HDMI, that now shows up on the quick picks at the bottom of the screen. Overall very happy with it but they badly need to simplify the control by returning to something that makes sense. I'd knock off half a star for this and give it four and a half stars if I could, but once you get it working, the quality is good enough that four stars isn't really enough.

Wow — this TV is something else. The 4K OLED panel just hits different: the picture is sharp, colors pop, and black levels? Pitch-perfect. Watching movies, gaming, or just streaming shows — everything looks so crisp and vibrant. WebOS runs smooth and fast, and flipping between apps is a breeze. The TV feels modern, clean, and high-end. If you want a TV that nails picture quality, looks sleek, and never gets laggy or clunky when you switch around, this is the one you want.

Absolutely blown away! The picture is razor‑sharp, the colors burst off the screen, and the sound fills the room. The design is thin, lightweight, and incredibly easy to use. I’m so impressed that LG just earned my loyalty for every TV I buy from here on out.
