The installation team was very conscientious and planned the whole install. Went over with us all the capabilities with the TV and remote operation.

Nice and bright, great pixel density, and in most other brands this would be their flagship model. It is kind of crazy how far ahead LG is in the OLED space.

Makes regular tv shows look great. However, when we use the fire stick it is phenomenal. Tv sound is pretty good as well.

First one was a dud

The day after purchasing and installing our brand new tv a green line began to appear in the middle. We reset, cleaned the pixels with no luck. It then turned white, and was just horrible. We quickly reached out to Best Buy and they exchanged our tv for us. We have had our second tv for about 2 weeks so far no issues. But we are still traumatized by that first tv because without warning or anything happening to it, the pixels broke. Maybe we just got a bad one. Thankful Best Buy exchanged it for us and picked up the other one.
