Customer Ratings & Reviews

Beautiful TV sound is amazing very loud. When it comes to streaming, the sound isn’t great so hoping if I get a sound bar I’ll have better sound. The color is vibrant. This is my first LG TV I’ve always bought Samsung but I was told this particular TV was way better than Samsung and the size I was looking for. Overall an amazing TV I had geek squad come hang it for me as well as set everything up they were great!!! As you can see in the photos I bought the strips to hide all my cables… it’s a bit crooked I will be adjusting that.

Looks like I’m watching movies in 3D sometimes, such high quality; it’s definitely worth the price if you’re willing to invest.

We have now been viewing our shows, sporting events and movies on this masterpiece of a tv for almost 4 months. Everything about the 77” C5 is exceptionally satisfying. The colors are brilliant; the blacks are rich and the details are mind-boggling. Our only regret is not purchasing the 86”! We highly recommend!

Super crisp picture and bright even with the lights on.

LG c5 77” is amazing! Truly a stunning picture and perfect size for my room!

Excellent choice for our home. Quality is great!! Easy set up!!

[Employee of bestbuy] Bought the TV for my dad for christmas. While it is an expensive purchase, the 4K quality is worth every penny - I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The view angle on the TV is flipping awesome and the way it focuses on true, vibrant colors, real blacks and whites, is amazing. Yet another round of applause for LG!

This TV is a huge step up in picture quality for me. The LG WebOS does a great job of upscaling streamed content that is less than 4K. Images are crisp. Settings are easily modifiable to get the best result, although stock choices out of the box are very good.

This TV has so many options and ways to customize every setting. Not very loud. Nearly 60 days in and I’m still learning. It’s too advanced for me Although it’s a beautiful picture when I get the settings right, I’ve decided to return it. I’d recommend to tech savvy only.

Fantastic detail, strong contrast, deep blacks, strong UI and App Store, and works well with my existing Dolby Atmos sound system. It took a little effort to figure out the LG Gallery app but once we did we now have beautiful artwork even when we’re not using it.

I used to shop Samsung for many years and I thought they were the best in the market u til I gave LG a shot . I would not go back to any brand !!

Extraordinary picture, crystal clear and vividly colorful and bright. Easy to use controls and excellent sound with the LG sound bar system purchased as a bundle at the same time.

It’s a beautiful TV. Picture is great. It fits perfectly on the wall mount above my fireplace. The auto sound works nicely too.

Very pleased with this purchase! The picture quality is everything you could ask for. Sporting events make you feel like you're actually there with how crisp and smooth the image is. This is my second LG TV I have purchased and they keep getting better!

pure madness of amazingness! i bought it open box excellent at best buy and it was 1500!!! best deal of my year so far lol. if works great and most importantly looks equally amazing! gettttt it bro

Previously have only ever had the basic samsung tvs. The visuals on this are absolutely amazing. The pictures are so clear and detailed. Love it!

Picture is excellent as soon as I changed settings to Filmaker Mode. I only use Apple TV with any Smart TV so the OS I cannot comment on. I like how I was able to change settings so that the hdmi port with Apple TV was able to connect on power up. The only negative thing I have to say is that despite changing settings so that the wallpaper does not come on when turning off the tv it still want to come on. I’m sure that I can figure it out though. Great tv overall I wish more 4K content would be available on YouTube tv.

Exlant tv. And my sale person chris went above and beyond for us

Picture quality is fantastic for gaming and movies, sports look good but slightly "artificial" witg some colors.

great tv at a reasonable price. make sure you go into the settings and turn on the AI. it helps to make the picture better
