I’m not sure if we aren’t using it correctly. But it doesn’t seem the dryer gets that hot and the steam feature definitely doesn’t work. Dewrinkling in my 22 year old dryer w a damp cloth worked much better.

I wish I am able to give Zero stars. The worst customer service ever. I purchased a dryer and set up delivery. The day of delivery, the driver is at a wrong address. I called customer service to remedy this situation, and set up the delivery for the next week. Again the next week they have the wrong address again. I call to correct when they tell me “ no worries we have the right address “ to find out that they changed the date of delivery since they made a mistake. I will never buy from Best Buy. Please support American employees and stop contesting with people from foreign countries to handle your customer support. Shame on you Best Buy.

BEWARE!!! I just received my dryer they just dropped it off and left and when open the packaging their where deep scratches right from the get go it happens but I’m trying to get a hold of somebody to help me and that is sooo frustrating we will see what happens I’m on hold now for 15min, I will post an update!

This review is for a purchased product that has not been delivered yet. I keep getting g requests to write reviews for undelivered products. I heard these are good so I got a set to replace my previous LG. The dispenser drawers get messed up and you CANNOT open them to add soap. Frustrated design.

Dryer bought new and it doesn't connect to wifi or doesn't show LG wifi. Dryer doesn't spin when clothes are inside; doesn't matter how small the load is. Returning

Best Buy does not even have the product it tries to sell. Bought more than a month ago, and delivery is postponed several times. 6 weeks, later, they STILL DON"T KNOW when it will be delivered.

We receive our dryer a few weeks back and we love it. We went from a Samsung to a LG. So far so good.
