You can use an HDMI cable to connect to an eArc port on the tv too. Pretty seamless connection and the LG tv controller and xfinity controller works with the tv and sound bar. Got the sound bar about 1/3 off during the 4th of July sale.

I purchased it as open box excellent condition. When the item arrived to me it was just in two cardboard boxes taped together and you could feel the equipment shaking in the box, opened it find that the sound bar and subwoofer were damaged and were not in excellent condition, it didn’t even come in the original box come with any instructions or the remote. I was Willing to look past all that it it works properly. The subwoofer and rear speakers would not sync to the soundbar at all. Will be returning it back to the store. Ended up buying new from amazon. Can’t believe Best Buy allowed it to be shipped the way it was with not bubble wrap or packing paper.

There are some missing cords and no one would help with the cords I went back into the store and called customer service and they tell me all I can do is a return on my purchase, Why can’t they just get me what’s missing?

It was definitely to get it tweaked just right. And the back speakers only worked with certain things unless you turned on surround sound, which sounded worse.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be completely fair, I can only review the service not the unit itself due to the fact that I’ve bought this twice as an open box item listed in excellent condition and both times it came completely beat up and damaged and missing parts to the point where I couldn’t even plug it in or turn it on and it was a miserable experience trying to return it. I have yet to go back for a third time buy one out of the store although I’ve done my homework and it seems like a very good model.
