    Sound quality on this one is not as good as the JBL. Also had a hard time setting up. Will be returning to exchange for a JBL.

    Switch from bose to LG because it was giving a lot of problems. I would recommend to buy.

    Terrible sound, especially for the price. Only sounds halfway decent when Dolby Atmos is playing through it, and even then is just so-so. Just after buying it and trying it out, I watched a review on YouTube where they said they exact same thing and even had LG send them a second unit in case they got a lemon, but exact same results. I returned this immediately (thanks for hassle free return, BB!) and exchanged it for a Sammy Q990B, and WOW!!! The difference is night and day, and the Sammy was cheaper! Totally blown away. Feels like IMax sound in my living room.

    I purchased the LG S95QR on February 25th 2023 and paid $1499.00 from day one I have had nothing but trouble with this sound bar, from sound going out while TV is on, it takes anywhere from 40 seconds to a minute and a half for the sound to come on when turning on the TV, you will also get a ear piercing bang out of the sub woofer like you have put a RCA jack in the wrong hole. I have spoken to LG customer service about 5 times with out any success, I have done a hard reset over 45 times wit out ant success not to mention LG has the worst customer service agents you could ever ask to talk to. These customer service people know absolutely nothing about what there talking about, not to mention you can not understand one word that comes out of them. 10 months and all I've gotten out of them is the run around. I was told they have have no in home service in my area of 4 million people. Now I can't take it back to best buy because it out of there return warranty period only because Lg jerked me around. I had GEEK Squad come out today to my house to look at it and was told the sound bar is more than likely defective so now I'm 2 months away from the factory warranty running out. I forgot to mention I have this sound bar hooked up to the brand new LG OLED 83 inch G3 TV. The TV is great. I will never again buy anything LG Because of there customer service.

    This sound system is loud. However, you don’t get an immersive sound from it. Sound would get choppy at times as well.

    Sounds great but the wireless speakers frequently disconnect and less than a month after the warranty expired (1 year) the center speaker in the sound bar died. Don’t waste your money.

    The sound bar sounds good. Atmos is good. Not that powerful. But the reason I gave one star. It's because the unit was certified used excellent. But showed up with no power cables.Remote and the units saying as protection except which means the Amplifier is broken and needs replace

    Probably the last big box purchase i will make at BB.. They removed the loyalty program unless you use their Credit Card which is a financial trap ..

    Was very unimpressed with the sound level especially for the price. Sound was pretty clear with decent quality but just lacking on any big scenes, espiecally on the bass parts. Swithed out to the bose setup and couldnt be happier.

    The soundbar was an unexpected disappointment. The sound we experienced was weak and unpredictable — e.g. switching from TV to streaming from Pandora caused an unexpected sharp volume increase without any change to volume via the remote. With WOW Orchestra selected , the surround speakers produced no sound when we expected that this would cause the TV Speakers and the soundbar speakers to complement one another to produce a rich audio experience. We unhooked the LG soundbar and hooked up our old Vizio 5.1 ARC soundbar and the audio from it was noticeably better, more consistent and significantly more satisfying to listen to than the LG soundbar. We realize that there could be some setting or other refinement that would change this experience for the better, but, out of the box, and at a beginner's level of competency with audio, we were unable to achieve it.

    Ok speaker after one year it started to pop

    After one year the left speaker starred making a popping sound. I’ve had it for 13 months and now warranty does not cover it.

    So far I'm super disappointed in this setup. Constantly disconnects from wireless speakers. Speakers will also randomly make a popping sound that is extremely loud and unpleasant. When it is working as designed it's not a very good setup. Doesn't give you the sense of surround sound that I have had with other soundbars. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it, but still think I paid to much. I would look at bose or sonos. Yes they are more expensive, but are much better built and designed than this hunk of junk.

    The worst thing I’ve ever bought!!!! I feel as if I was scammed!!! Big and bulky, it looks and sounds horrible. Not to mention it took 6 cancellations to finally get it installed
