Sub lol sub sound like a subway sub. No bass. Seriously try another brand till they fix their subs. Add some warmth in the mids and highs.

Surround sound is very random. Cannot control/calibrate it without phone app and Geek Squad will not discuss/train on this without up charge.

Poor sound quality

Didn't function well at all; it is scheduled to be replaced by the same unit in a week. I may have a different rating at that time

Audio is very tinny and subwoofer is non-existent

LG-9.1.5 channel sounder

One of the wireless rear speakers didn't connect the first time but pushed the reset button that is on the back of each speaker and connected quickly. After that, no problem connecting on power up. It has great sound and plenty of power for my medium size room. It looks great too. I would recommend this product. The only negative would be that it is a little pricey but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for.

First off its very loud and the woofer can really peoduce good base. Watching movies on cinema mode is geat, wonderful sound quality and clearity. Connecting my music via Bluetooth with music mode, the sound is just amazing. Love the loudness and woofer vibrations, really can put out power. The price is high but you wont regret your purchase. You will love this system.
