    This BluRay player plays all DVD's nicely but that's not the nicest thing about it. It made my non-smart TV a Smart TV. I can watch Amazon Prime, get Netflix, Hula etc. It also connects to the newest YouTube so I can watch videos and music. The user interface is very intuitive and this is a very affordable must-have if you don't already have a DVD player with the Smart capabilities.

    I've bought many LG products over the years including their Blu-Ray players. The BP-550 is great, as I've come to expect from LG. Easy to use, durable and built in Wi-Fi make this an excellent choice for anyone looking for a decent Blu-Ray player. Built in apps are a plus. I definitely recommend it!

    I was not satisfied with third product, had to exchanged it twice before getting a different brand. It kept freezing while trying to watch Netflix, at one point, couldn't even turn it off with the remote control, had to unplug it from the wall multiple times in order to work. Not satisfied at all.
